Very charming and comfortable flat. Vibrant area and close to everything. Quiet in bedroom but can hear cafes below if sleeping on pull-out couch. Really felt like we were living in Paris! Highly recommend!

broke out with bed bug bites on our skin in all four family members staying at this reservation have reached out to Expedia as well now to Belvilla for immediate resolution but there has not been any confirmation that the room is out of circulation or that there is a report to the Parisian authorities

The location is fantastic but there were some issues with the apartment: the furniture is outdated and stained (the sofa cushions come off too easily, the carpets look old), the pillows and bed are very uncomfortable and the apartment needs at least one A/C if you’re renting it out in the summer. Another essential is blackout shades. We noticed also that the pictures for the apartment make it seem like it’s a one-floor walkup when it’s actually 2. That should be made clear since we’re all traveling with so much luggage. Overall the apartment and building (old carpets and stairs etc) need a lot of work and this should be at a significantly lower price point for the value. We would kindly request a refund for at least one night of the stay.

Diese Wohnung ist ein Juwel! Die Lage ist perfekt, nur wenige Schritte vom Louvre und dem Jardin des Tuileries entfernt. Das Wohnzimmer ist gemütlich, und ich fand es toll, einen separaten Arbeitsbereich zu haben, um meine E-Mails zu bearbeiten. Ich kann sie jedem wärmstens empfehlen, der das Pariser Leben kennenlernen möchte!

Was für eine schöne Wohnung! Ich habe das geräumige Schlafzimmer mit dem Queensize-Bett sehr genossen, und das Wohnzimmer war perfekt zum Entspannen nach einem Tag voller Besichtigungen. Der Spielbereich war ein tolles Extra für Familien. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder!
