The Space:

Welcome to this cozy 70 m² 2-bedroom apartment on the 4th floor of a building with an elevator, perfectly situated on Rue Cambacérès in the heart of the 8th arrondissement. The apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival so you can settle in straight away.



Bedroom 1: 1 Queen Bed, Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Bed, Living Room: 1 double sofa bed. The apartment has two full bathrooms.



The living area is a great space to unwind, with a smart tv (flat screen) and dining table and chairs. There is a private balcony — smoking is not allowed on the balcony.



The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: full fridge, oven, microwave, stove, dishwasher, drip coffee machine, and electric kettle and toaster. A combination washer-dryer is available for your convenience. The flat has electric heating throughout the cooler months.

Good to know before you book



Check-in: From 3:00 PM via self check-in — simply collect the keys at a nearby location. If you're arriving after 7:00 PM and need someone to meet you with the keys, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals between 7:00–9:59 PM incur a €50 fee; 10:00 PM–12:59 AM is €90; after 1:00 AM is €120. Please note that any late check-in fee must be paid in cash upon arrival. We're flexible when we can be — just give us a heads-up!



Check-out: By 10:00 AM.



Damage deposit: A refundable damage deposit of €800 is required before arrival. It may be processed via a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire. The deposit is returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection.



Max guests: 6 people (including children and infants). Please keep within this limit so everyone is comfortable.



Smoking: The apartment and the balcony are non-smoking throughout.



Events: The apartment is a private home and not suitable for parties or events.



Guest Access:

The accommodation is private and exclusively for guests during their stay. Free Wi-Fi connection, information on Paris and restaurant recommendations, sheets, towels, soaps and much more.



The Neighborhood:

The 8th arrondissement is one of Paris’s grandest addresses, home to the Champs-Élysées, the Arc de Triomphe, and some of the city’s finest hotels, restaurants, and boutiques. The neighbourhood has a business-meets-elegance feel — the streets are broad and majestic, and the area is immaculately maintained. Parc Monceau is a lovely green escape nearby, and excellent metro connections make the rest of the city easily accessible.



Getting Around:

Métro Miromesnil (Lines 9 & 13) and Bus 28, 32, or 52 at Miromesnil–Matignon.



Other Things to Note:

Wi-Fi may occasionally be affected by area-wide connectivity issues. Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom. The elevator is not guaranteed and may occasionally be out of service. Common areas, including stairwells, may vary in condition due to cleaning or maintenance. Photos are as accurate as possible — minor updates may not always be reflected immediately. Management may occasionally need access to the property for inspection, maintenance or viewings (between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM with reasonable notice). In genuine emergencies, access may be required without prior notice. We'll always communicate as much as possible and be respectful of your stay.
