In the heart of Paris. In stylish historical stone building with original high ceilings and wooden floors. Elevator in the building . On the second floor (American),first floor (French), security entrance .
Suitable for couples ,friends or family with 2 /3 children for discovering the famous tourist attractions on foot or by Metro (3 stations in a 2/3 minutes walk) or by bus.
Lovely spacious living/dining room to relax after a day of sight-seeing . Internet ,WIFI , international TV channels.
The two bedrooms have in each of them King size extra comfortable beds which can be separated into single beds.
Also a comfortable movable bed available for a 5th person.(baby cot and high chair available )
There are in every room fans , heating and side lamps.
The family bathroom has a full bath/ shower, washing basin and toilet ,a small shower room has a shower and small washing basin .
The fully equipped kitchen has a fridge with freezer, a 4 ring ceramic-stove, micro-oven, washing machine and dryer.
And also toaster, coffee maker, boiler and all you need to cook basic meals.
The neighborhood is very close to many tourist-attractions:
Like the beautiful arcades in front of the building with many special bakeries, boutiques , good restaurants, antiquity shops and more.
You can walk to the Opera , Montmartre ,The Louvre Museum, the famous Galleries la Fayette sales stores to see the latest fashions all in a walking distance!
Also near to the Wax Museum and the Public Auction Sales Rooms of Drouot.

Great stay for a family of 5

We stayed here as a family of 5 (17/14/11). The house was a perfect size for us. The windows provide a great breeze, and each room had a portable AC unit which was fine for our needs. The house is nicely located to boulangeries, metro, bus stops, grocery stores, restaurants and more.

Beautiful starting point to explore Paris

This apartment was exactly what we wanted: well-stocked, spacious, living in a neighborhood close to several metro stops, exceptional food down the street, including daily boulangerie trips for croissants and baguettes. The place was comfortable, convenient, and Joelle and Livio were exceptional hosts who were very welcoming. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Wonderful stay

My family of 4 (2 adults, 2 children) stayed here for 8 days in April 2025. Check in and communication with the owners was super easy, the place was clean and comfortable and the neighborhood was lovely. There is a bus stop right out front and several metro stops in a few block radius. This is a residential area with loads of good shops, groceries, and restaurants. We will certainly stay here again the next time we are in Paris.

Our stay at this apartment was wonderful. Location was different for us as we have stayed in the Latin Quarter on prior visits to Paris but this was every bit as pleasurable. No shortages of restaurants all around us, metro stations within an easy 5 minute walk, several markets for groceries and other items close by. Most of all we felt safe without any reservations about walking any time of day. Everything we wanted to see was easily reached. Last but not least, the apartment itself was comfortable, clean, and spacious for the two of us. Big bonus was the washer/dryer and the elevator, even though the apartment was up one floor. Thank you for sharing your apartment with us.

Every moment of our stay was amazing. From the initial conversation with Livio prior to the visit where I was given tons of information about the location, restaurants and transportation in the area to the quaint Perisian apartment. Our stay was incredible!!!! When I come back to Paris this is definitely where I will be staying.

Amazing!

The apartment was perfect for the 4 of us! It had everything we needed! The neighborhood was even better than expected. Close walk to the Metro. The bus station is literally outside the front door. So many restaurants and markets for anything you need. Would definitely stay here again!

The location was excellent. It was a large space.The owners of the apartment were very cooperative and helpful, however the details of the property were not accurate. It was listed as a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom. The second bathroom had no toilet and the shower was so small if you turned around you hit the valve controlling the water temperature. The sink was so tiny that it was impossible to wash your face or brush your teeth without soaking the floor. One of the single beds made terribly loud squeaking noises when you moved.

Our stay

This is in a great location for the Metro, shopping (food, wine, patisserie) and not very touristy. Lots of good restaurants and a chocolatier across the street. Street noise is noticeable but there are fans in the bedrooms.

Perfect location

Wonderful apartment! We had everything we needed and very comfortable. The location is amazing, close to all transports, selection of dining options, a delicious Boulangerie and supermarkets- all within walking distance. Communication with the owners was prompt and very helpful. We highly recommend this apartment!

Lovely flat with spacious, comfortable living room. Location was very good. Great security, Comfortable beds for all, but the four pillows for four guests need to be replaced. One was oddly lumpy and the rest were flat. The host is lovely and checked in before, during and after our stay. Unfortunately my email wasn’t working, so I couldn’t respond. The unit manager was supposed to greet us and show us how to use the confusing washing machine, but instead left the keys in a mailbox, and messaged us instructions. She did however provide us with two additional pillows. All in all, we loved this property and would highly recommend.

Great flat in a great location

Great, two bedroom flat in the 9th. We were able to walk everywhere and most sites were within a mile walk. Plenty of metro stops, restaurants and cafes nearby. Great communication with the host. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect family apartment!

My family, and I had an amazing time staying at this beautiful apartment in Paris! Reasonably priced, clean, accommodating, and very friendly owners. Apartment had everything we needed, very close to metro stations, and lots of restaurants, bakeries, and little grocery stores nearby. We will definitely be back!

Great neighborhood in Paris for a stay!

We really enjoyed the scenery and convenience of this VRBO. Our hosts and the property contact were incredibly responsive and helpful leading up to our arrival, answering questions and helping us to get situated on day one.As for the property, it’s a great option for small families with kids, with plenty of space to move around, and a property that felt really secure. Not only that, we had multiple avenues for exploring Paris, with a bus stop outside the door and several metro stops within very short walking distance. Plenty of options for dining near us including a good Argentinian steak restaurant. Overall a great stay!
