Gorgeous Waterfront 4Bed Home on the Channel from Silver Lake and the Sand Dunes

Welcome to the 5-star rated Silver Creek Hideaway. This home is on Silver Creek (aka 'The Channel'). It is the 6th home in from Silver Lake. You're going to love it!

This home is a wonderful option for families! The home is priced at a base rate for 7 people with the option of adding additional guests up to 11 for $22/person per night. Our driveway is large enough to accommodate up to 4 vehicles, or up to 3 vehicles with ONE trailer. Unfortunately there is not a good option for parking additional vehicles or trailers, so please evaluate your parking needs prior to booking. If you violate this house rule, your booking will be canceled. If we discover you have more than 7 guests but did not states this in your booking request, you will be charged $50 per person per night for each person over 7 that was not paid for in advance.

Located on a quiet private road, this home has 2 levels for your enjoyment. The main floor has a large kitchen, family room with TV and fireplace, 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. The bottom is a walk-out basement featuring a wet bar, 2 more bedrooms and a bathroom. It's a great setup for 2 families to share or for multi-generation vacationing. The lower level has a 50" TV and Smart Bluray/DVD player, game closet, and folding table for games and puzzles. It's a great way to separate some of the noise or give your teens a place to hang out.

You are sure to enjoy this home with its lovely amenities. The open floor plan with a luxury kitchen overlooking a large brand new 12’x25’ Trex deck with new Polywood patio furniture is perfect for entertaining, cooking, and dining inside and outside.

The stocked kitchen is nicely renovated and features hand-crafted Amish cabinets, quartz countertops, custom tile backsplash, undermount sink, and Bosch appliances. It is truly a chef's delight.

We have a nice long dock that brings you out to the middle of the channel where there is a clean sandy bottom, with a 8x10 platform at the end of the dock to bathe in the sun and relax in the tranquil setting of the channel.

4 bedrooms plus a pull-out sofa. Two bedrooms have a queen, one has a twin over full bunk, the other has a twin over full bunk with a 3rd pull-out trundle twin. Plus there is a pull-out sofa (linens not provided for this mattress) and a pack-n-play. Bring an air mattress if needed. Hopefully we have your group of up to 11 covered!

Enjoy all the area has to offer. You can canoe and kayak or take a small fishing boat to the sand dunes from this home. Or just play in the water. The channel is not very deep and moves slowly, offering a peaceful area to relax or allow your kids to play safely. Just down the road is a public boat ramp to get your boat on Silver Lake. Head the other direction you'll find the beach at Lake Michigan next to the Little Sable lighthouse just a mile and a half away.

You can walk to Mac Woods Dune Rides, the new Hideaway Campground restaurant for dinner, and Whippy Dip for dessert.

Peak summer weeks rent Friday to Friday, with some exceptions throughout the summer.
