The two-story villa offers six cozy bedrooms featuring spa-style bathrooms. Our large open-concept living creates a spacious and airy atmosphere, taking advantage of Bali’s sunshine. Unwind and relax from the comforts of the sunbeds and gazebo, or enjoy your very own private pool. Whether hosting a family dinner or enjoying cocktails with friends, the kitchen is well-equipped for any event. The property’s immersive tranquil spaces provide the perfect opportunity to unwind and enjoy everything a tropical villa offers.

We are committed to providing a safe, top-tier experience for all our guests. To ensure these high health and hygiene standards are met, our maintenance team automatically performs essential pool and garden care at least once every two days. Please note that this upkeep schedule is a mandatory safety requirement for the property and will be carried out seamlessly throughout your stay. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation.



Guest Access:

The whole villa is yours to enjoy. You will have full access to all the available facilities and services with absolute and complete privacy. Feel free to use the pool, the garden, and the entirety of the house as you please.



You can access the villa from a quiet alley. The villa features a private parking space, suitable for 2 medium-sized cars or several motorbikes. Each bedroom comes with its own key set that includes the entrance gate.



The Neighborhood:

Features a prime location without compromising your peace and privacy. Mere minutes from Petitenget beach, you’re well placed right in the midst of infamous nightclubs like La Favela or Mexicola. Step out of the villa’s quiet alley onto one of the most popular streets in Seminyak, full of great shopping, restaurants, and bars!



Well isolated from the hustle and bustle, your private villa gives all the energy of a secluded tropical retreat, but wander outside, and you’re right next to Bali’s favorite hotspots.



Surround yourself with some of the trendiest spots for dinner and a drink, perfect for the aspiring foodie! You’ll find no shortage of great options nearby, from the famous Motel Mexicola to other great eats like Italian Job, Naughty Nuri’s, and Corner House.

The villa is located in a residential neighborhood, with families living so we kindly ask all our guests to keep down any loud noises after 11PM. Thank you for your kind understanding.

The villa is strategically located with restaurants, bars, beach spots, and Bali’s nightlife, all reachable by foot. For the adventurer looking for more sightseeing, a day tour with one of our drivers is a great way to see the island. We offer convenient transport services with a fleet of available cars and experienced local drivers. We’re more than happy to assist you with renting your own scooter, motorbike, or car. Take the stress out of holiday travel; getting around was never so easy.

Our expert staff will be available to assist you throughout your holiday, with cleaning provided six days a week.

Upon check-in, a member of the staff will be present to greet you, giving a small tour of the property and providing you with the room keys. Our villas are stand-alone properties, so rest assured you will have complete privacy; the entire villa is yours to enjoy.
