Comfortably sleeps up to 14 guests in 7 separate bedrooms. This villa in Seminyak has a large pool, is fully staffed, with butler, full time manager and everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Perfect rental accommodation for a holiday with friends or family in Seminyak Bali.

Extra beds and baby cot are also available. Or you can also book the neighbouring AkasaDua Villa if you need up to 7 bedrooms, giving you spacious luxury holiday accommodation sleeping 14 guests and with the additional extra beds comfortably accommodating a maximum of 18 guests in 7 separate rooms in lush tropical style. Perfect for families, gatherings of friends, and reunions. Akasa Villa is very affordable accommodation with the added luxury of having full housekeeping to help you with your every need, as well as a pool and garden to relax in and enjoy day or night. Staff with good English are ready to help you plan your days or serve you drinks as you relax around the pool.

The massive open living area includes kitchen and bar facilities, beautifully furnished dining and living areas, and a huge veranda beneath a stunning, thatched roof. The impressive 14 metre pool is surrounded by a mature, lush tropical garden, filled with exotic flowers and fragrant frangipani trees creating the perfect Bali style tropical garden hideaway. Akasa Villa is an ideal oasis, close enough to duck out at any time to explore the many fabulous restaurants and shops in the area or beyond and yet far enough away to give you a tranquil peaceful place to rest and relax.

The 5th bedroom is in a bungalow set to the side of the garden with pool views. It has it's own en suite, TV and can be used as an entertainment room when not needed as a bedroom. The Bungalow is ideal for a couple or children as it can be set up with twin or double bed.

The villa is fully equipped with 2 flat screen TVs, satellite TV programs with a choice of 60 channels, DVD player (and a wide range of movies), library (for children and adults), toys and board games.

Totally relaxing

We had a family reunion here at the Bali Akasa Villa. My brother, sister and I came with our families to relax and catch up. The design of the Villa is perfect for this - especially with the second house next door. Everyone had their quiet places and the central area was perfect to relax together. The Villa is very clean and beautifully decorated. While luxurious, it retains the feeling that you are in Bali. Coming into the Villa, the temperature drops a little and you get that feeling of coming home to your own personal oasis A special thanks goes to Sylvia who organised trips for us, made valuble suggestions and even helped us out with our aches and pains Another special thanks must go to the staff who were always ready to spoil us; who welcomed us to breakfast with big smiles and made us coffee and tea during the day. Thanks Joma, Komang, Jimmy and all of the others for your stories and help. Thanks for a wonderful and very relaxing holiday. Christine, Nicola, James and families

Beautiful, clean, relaxing

We had an amazing time at Bali Akasa Villa. The place is beautiful, clean, with all amenities we required for our families. The staff was very helpful and friendly, and made us feel very welcomed. Would deifinitely stay there again if we return to Bali!

Simply excellent

"The villas were very clean with an outdoors style bathroom in some of the ground villas and one with a bath. They were very roomy with safes in each room and the swimming pool was the central focus. The dining table off the kitchen area overlooked the pool and seated us all comfortably. There was a large screened TV and sound system in that area. There were also comfortable settees and lounging chairs in the gazebo area again overlooking the pool The staff were efficient, attentive and very friendly and courteous and at least 3 of the staff worked during the day and one staff member remained during the night. Breakfasts were cooked for us each morning by the staff and they cooked a traditional evening meal which we paid for. If we wanted trips anywhere the staff would discuss, recommend, give an approximate costing and arrange the transport from the drivers' based on a hundred metres down the lane. We felt safe and relaxed. It was very sad to leave such a wonderful villa." We will return to this villa as soon as possible.

Beautiful villa, excellent service

The villa is excellently set up, the location was a little out of the way but very quiet and an easy taxi ride to anywhere you would like to go. We had 10 people (aged 20-61) stay very comfortably and the 24 hour staff met every need we could have possibly had and were extremely friendly, constantly working in the background to ensure everything was perfect. The pool and day beds were fantastic to relax on and the rooms and ensuites exceeded all of our expectations We regularly had incredible and very well priced massages and facials organised by the villa, the staff even organised delivered takeaway food for those lazy nights. we would highly recommend to any largish group.

80th Birthday Celebrations

Fantastic location and set up for a family get together for my mums 80th birthday. Guests ranged from early 20's to 80's . The venue catered perfectly , group areas , secluded spots and sunny lounge beds by the pool . The staff were accomodating in all our requests from booking taxis to organising the catering for the party dinner held at the villa. Everyone was extremely happy with their stay and I would highly recommend for groups of friends or family gatherings , couldn't praise the staff more highly for their outstanding services provided .

The photos do not lie

Akasa Villa is everything in person that the photos show on the website. The grounds are enclosed and private. The well kept gardens that surround the pool and outer edges of the perimeter are lush, tropical and make you feel like your defiantly on holidays! Each room was beautifully presented with clean linen, air conditioned, comfortable beds and had private bathrooms. The way this villa is run means that the staff are very discrete in giving you privacy, but you knew in the background they were looking after every requirement. Each day we were cooked a beautiful breakfast and then during our day trips we would come back and everything had been cleaned, moped, folded, tidied.....It was honestly like magic unseen fairies were looking after us. The staff arranged transport for us, gave advise, met requests and even did the laundry for one of our guests.....and apparently it came back cleaner than when he packed it for the holiday! I would like to thank the staff for making our trip an amazing holiday that we will remember for years to come. On behalf of our group I would have no reservation on recommending this beautiful villa.

Fell In Love All Over Again

After visiting Bali for over 20 years it had lost its shine and I no longer considered it a holiday option. When a friend invited us to his 60th birthday celebration at Akasa Villa I almost didn't go but I'm so glad I did. Thanks to Akasa Villa I have fallen in love with Bali all over again. The wonderful layout and design of the villa, the beautiful staff, the gentle music and singing wafting in from a nearby primary school, the enormous comfortable bed, the privacy and the comfy nooks for Nana naps, all contributed to one of the most enjoyable and relaxing holidays I have ever had. Now that Akasa have a small adjoining villa I will be returning with husband (or on my own) for short stays and hopefully a near future family holiday in the larger villa.

Lovely Villa

While not brand spanking new, the villa is lovely and the staff have just the right balance of being available and not being intrusive. Everything worked and there were no issues with the facilities. Made and Geday were both wonderful and took great care of us. The villa is somewhat distant from the main action of Seminyak. This has its benefits. It was VERY quiet. No traffic noise, loud music, neighbour noise, or anything to intrude on the peacefulness. You can hear the birds and insects throughout the day and night. This shouldn't be underestimated. It's is however a long walk to the main Seminyak action. It's only a short cab ride, so not too much of a drama. Would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic

This is a fantastic villa. We used the 2 villas together as there were 10 of us (7adults and 3 teenagers). The main villa with 5 bdrm had plenty of room for everyone. Good size bedrooms and great living area for everyone to enjoy. The swimming pool was big enough for all of us. We had breakfast cooked for us every day and the fridge stocked with cold drinks. Even had an esky full of icey cold bintangs so we didn't run out. All rooms cleaned every day and the pool was ready to swim in all the time (didn't have to worry about being out by a certain time like in resorts). Had a late check out which was great when flying out in the middle of the night. The staff were all great. Friendly and always so helpful. Didn't even know they were there but when you needed something they helped you straight away from booking a cab or ordering takeaway or booking tours and day trips. Kids happy with the wifi. Nice quiet area and only short taxi ride or 10-15 min walk to great restaurants shops and beach. Had one issue with one of the a/c in a bedroom but was fixed straight away. A big thanks to all the staff for making our stay great. Can't wait to go back.

Home away from Home

Catered for 2 families, 13 people in total, from January 20th to 30th 2016 We were picked up from the airport with smiling faces. Our drivers quickly organised us and luggage into 3 vans for the 20min trip to Akasa Villa, Seminyak. Staff welcomed us with a cold refreshment and face towel, before showing us to our rooms which were spacious with comfortable beds, quiet cool air conditioning, great showers and water pressure. Breakfast was included everyday. Basic western breakfast cooked to order and delicious. We Requested an Indonesian breakfast for one morning and an Indonesian banquet one evening which was catered for with a smile and no fuss. We cooked for ourselves, one night, with no issues in obtaining groceries from a nearby supermarket then using the villa kitchen equipment. Pool was cleaned regularly and was refreshing to be in morning, noon or evening. Rooms where cleaned, beds made everyday. Would highly recommend staying at Akasa Villa. A couple of tips: 1. there is a transport bay at the end off the road which was great when we needed a 7 seat van or small bus for daily outings but learnt the shorter rides into Kuta/Legian/Seminyak where more expensive than the cost of a blue taxi. 2. 5mins walk to Sun Shoot Bar & Restuarant is an absolute must for great staff, great food, cheap cocktails (happy hours 5-8pm) and awesome acoustic entertainment.

Akasa Villa is stunning and the staff are exceptional...

I recently stayed at Akasa Villa with my family. 7 Adults, 3 Children and my 18 month old daughter, Harper. We had such a wonderful time! The Villa was absolutely stunning and the staff were exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast each morning was excellent and the cooked banquet dinner was superb. The Villa was very clean and tidy with fresh towels and linen provided each day. Travelling can be difficult with a young child, however my nervousness was quickly put to ease upon arrival. The staff had arranged a cot, high chair, pram and car seat for our use whilst in Bali. Harper’s need were exceeded throughout our stay and I cannot thank the staff enough for their high attention to detail and assistance. I would recommend Akasa Villa to anyone travelling to Bali and I look forward to my next visit! Thank you to the amazing staff of Akasa Villa for an unforgettable family holiday.

Outstanding in every way!

We stayed at Akasa Villa for 6 nights. We had 6 adults and 5 children, the youngest child 18 months through to 16y.o.. We used the 4 main bedrooms and the standalone 5th room - which was a lot closer to the facilities than what we expected, which was a massive plus. Each room has it's own ensuite which was beautiful, king size beds and each room was individually air conditioned, which was perfect considering the heat. All the staff, were absolutely fantastic. So incredibly helpful. We had a cooked breakfast daily, which was available from 7am - 11am, perfect for those that liked a sleep-in. Our rooms were serviced beautifully and the pool was clean, lovely and warm. Massages can be arranged at the Villa, and the ladies were awesome. At the end of our road was a 'taxi rank', which made the short cab ride to Seminyak easy. The entire facility was perfect for our family and the children had an amazing time, I would highly recommend Akasa Villa, especially to those who are wanting a family holiday; it was like having our own personal resort.

Dream haven

Spent a week here with 13 other women. The perfect place for such a large group. Having an ensure between 2 was the only way to go. Staff very friendly and obliging but never got in the way. Beautiful pool and unlimited supply of ice for drinks.

The villa was fantastic, was spacious, clean and not far from Seminyak's main drag. Breakfast was very nice every morning. The villa staff were very nice and respectful, especially since we were quite loud and high maintenance. Great villa Great staff Only downside was the location, wasn't to apealing driving to the villa and the locations surroundings.

great holiday

Fabulous villa, bit disappointed with location as it was directly opposite bomb site, there is a school at the rear of the property which starts every day at 7am and is very noisy woke up every morning . Staff are really attentive and are happy to assist you if required,we didn't need much help along the way so all good. Loved the freedom of the villa wish was in a better location.

Wow great value and awesome staff

Wow so impressed with the value and quality of this private and peaceful villa. Awesome for large groups family or friends. The garden and pool are dreamy and just perfect to unwind after the dinning and shopping of seminyak. The staff were so attentive and caring. We had a large group of friends staying with us and there was so much room to share as well as feeling like there were places to also be alone, the outside day beds were my favorite way to relax. Will definitely book again with family group in the future

Totally perfect

Wow amazing villa and staff perfect for large groups, staff were above attentive and caring making our very personal service excellent. We hired the villa for a big gathering of friends at times 13-14 persons and we never felt crowded there is so much space to be together and yet have other areas for time to have smaller groups chatting or hanging out in the pool or lazing around on the gorgeous outdoor day beds, the garden is beyond beautiful and the bamboo sheets are amazing. We will be back.

great villa for larger groups

We were a group of 11 ladies on a girls trip. Akasa Villa could not have been more perfect for our needs. The staff are fabulous, nothing is to much trouble and yet they stay in the background when not needed. The villa itself is great with up to six bedrooms all with ensuites. For us the real highlight was the huge outdoor / undercover living and dining space set in front of a big pool. There was heaps of room for all to relax and hang out in the sun or shade. Breakfast was good about 5 things to choose from and endless coffee/tea and water. Location is great for the price about 15 minute walk to the heart of Seminyak but for a $2.50 taxi ride why would you walk. There are a couple of shops and Warungs about 5 min walk away and lots of building going on so restaurants are getting closer every day. We had no problem directing taxis back to the villa once we had our bearings and the staff will give you a card with a map on the back to show drivers. To easy. For us it was perfect , very private and we felt safe the whole time. The owners called in to see us and were very keen for feedback on any improvements that could be made. We were no help as all was perfect for us.

great villa for families

the villa was very nice, large pool and open entertainment area. Staff were pleasant and very helpful with any request that we needed. Construction was being done in the aside villa and was disruptive, though when we informed the manager they did halt the work for us to enjoy the tranquility of the villa. defininatly would recommend.

Absolutely loved the villa. We took our 7 month old with us and stayed with a number of friends at the villa and it was perfect for us with a young baby. The staff were very attentive and helpful with any requests we made. When we arrived a baby cot was already set up for us, the next day we asked for a mosquito net for the cot which was delivered to us only an hour or so later. The atmosphere of the villa was lovely and peaceful and very neat and clean. Can't fault the villa or staff at all, perfect holiday.!!

Dream Villa

We recently stayed at Akasa Villa and it was absolutely perfect! We were a group of 12 and found that we had plenty of space - the outdoor area is amazing and was great to socialise. The staff are extremely helpful and are on hand to help you with whatever you need... they organised massages for the group, drivers, taxis, nanny and even cooked us a BBQ which was delicious. I would definately recommend this villa to anyone - the location is off the beat and track but I think this is ideal for peace and quiet and given taxis are so cheap its well located. I will be returning as soon as I can!! Victoria

Marvelous!

My family greatly enjoyed our stay here. Had the best massage ever! The villa was so wide and spacious compared to how they were shown on pictures. The rooms had sizable beds. Stunning large pool and relaxing sunbeds. Beautiful garden surrounding the villa. The staff were all amazing and helpful in touring us around and also gave us tips on the ins and outs of the place.

We first came to Bali in 1991 on a reluctant stop over, whilst on tour with Barking Gecko Theatre. Bali turned out to be an unexpected surprise! After that we just kept coming back. In 2007 we had the opportunity to move to Bali, with Lou taking a teaching position and Grahame finally having the opportunity to build our dream Bali home. In the process we found Akasa Villa which needed significant renovation and become our temporary home while we built Firefly Villa. When our home was finally built we decided to share beautiful Bali Akasa Villa with visitors to the island giving them the opportunity to rent it short term.

Originally from Australia, we have been married for more than 30 year and have 2 sons. Our first son is already grown up, lives in Sydney and is happily married, the second son goes to school in Bali. Previously Lou was a successful Theatre Set and Costume Designer. Grahame was a highly acclaimed Theatre Director and writer. Why did we move to Bali? We’d reached the peak in our respective careers, so it was time for a new adventure, a new life and a new challenge. So this seemed to be the perfect opportunity to move with our 6 year old son to Bali to immerse themselves into a new culture and experience some of the delights this tropical island has to offer. Our aim is that our guests are able to do the same.
