An exclusive experience featuring unforgettable sunsets over the main hill of Fiesole. The barn was built in the 14th century as part of a Tuscan farmhouse surrounded by olive trees and a beautiful garden.

The barn is a standalone unit and equipped with all modern amenities.
Fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher), a table for comfortable dining, and a sofa bed (for 2 additional guests, 120x200 cm, 47x78 inches). The bedroom features a double bed and a large closet. Full bathroom with shower and a washer-dryer.
The property includes an exclusive outdoor area with terracotta and antique stone flooring, a table for lovely al fresco dining, and 2 wooden sun loungers. The garden area belonging to the house is surrounded by hedges (not fenced with a net) and borders another garden belonging to the adjacent house
Free private parking is available on the property. A car is required to reach the house and get around.
Good Wi-Fi with coverage even in the garden, so you can join your video calls from your favorite spot.
The sofa bed for the 3rd and 4th guests, located in the living room area of the two-room apartment, is kept folded up to ensure a more comfortable living space for all guests. Blankets and linens are included and will be provided in the house.

Baby Package available upon request: €25 per stay. Includes a baby crib with bedding, a high chair, and a baby bathtub (ages 0–3). Advance request required, subject to availability.

A light breakfast is included for the first day of your stay (brioche, milk, and jams), plus coffee for the duration of your stay. For tennis enthusiasts or anyone who wants to give it a try, the tennis courts at Fiesole Tennis are easily accessible (additional fee).
The central heating system can be turned on only between November 1 and April 15, with a maximum temperature of 19 degrees Celsius, in accordance with local regulations.
The entire barn and the outdoor space in front are for your exclusive use, as is the private parking.
The outdoor area borders another garden belonging to the adjacent house.
