Bonjour, Nous avons séjourné près de deux semaines dans ce logement et nous le recommandons fortement. Michel, le gestionnaire de la résidence a toujours été très avenant et nous a proposé de belles activités. Les photos sont conformes à ce qui est présenté sur le site. À proximité de la plage et une belle piscine a été appréciée dans les journées chaudes. Merci Claudette et Michel

Un merveilleux séjour!

Tout était parfait! Villa paisible, bien équipée et à proximité de la plage! Un énorme merci à Michel, notre manager, qui a été extrêmement accueillant et nous a fourni une multitude d’informations précieuses sur les activités à proximité! De plus, il nous a livré du poisson fraîchement pêché qui venait de un de ses amis. Vraiment, une personne d’exception!

Très bien, Claudette est très accueillante et sympathique. La maison est très propre. Nous avions loué une voiture et nous avons trouvé cela très pratique. :)

Si vous cherchez un appartement confortable, tranquille et bien équipé, vous venez de le trouver. Là , pas de bousculade pour obtenir sa chaise au soleil ou à l’ombre, vous ne serez jamais collés comme des sardines. Plage à quelques pas de la Villa, très peu fréquentée, la plage fait 18 kilomètres de long, de belles vagues et l’eau y est chaude, vous serez seul au monde ou presque. La propriétaire, Claudette, est très accueillante et de bons conseils. N’hésitez pas à choisir cette destination.

Lovely home, great pool, nice location.

We loved staying at Villa Claudia, the house was lovely and clean, everything worked and it had everything we needed. We spent most of the time at the rancho and pool area though, nicely located in the lush garden, with privacy and only the sound of the birds (even an occational scarlet macaw!). The beach is closeby and quiet, though dangerous at times so follow the instructions of the home owner! Nice restaurants at only a few minutes in Esterillos Oeste, Este and Bejuco. We also went one night to Jaco and walked around and had dinner, which is like 20 minutes away. Great place to stay with a family with kids. Claudette was very helpful!

great quiet place close to the beach

The backyard and pool area is gorgeous and the house was fine but we had a few issues. The lights wouldn't work in one of the bedrooms, there were a lot of ants in one of the showers, and some of the remotes for the air conditioners weren't working. However, The host is very sweet and helpful and none of those things had much affect on our stay.. If you're looking to get away from the city then this is the place for you. If you plan on getting out and doing excursions, bars, restaurants then I would recommend staying in Jaco. Also you must check out the beach road in Esterillos Oeste which just just a short drive away from Esterillos Centro.

Pure Vida! perfect place to rest in a quiet villag

Location: quiet, local, very close to beach, 2 hour drive from San Jose airport, easy to find with maps.me app. Apartment: nice size, clean, lighting in kitchen could be improved, beds are small (double or single beds only), apartment is cleaned twice a week Garden: beautiful with two wonderful hamacs, nice pool, gazebo beside pool is nice Owner provided good customer service at all times; booked our rental car with Adobe. I would recommend this apartment if you are looking for a restful and quiet place. Beach is amazing and you can walk forever or surf everyday. The water is warm like a beach. Good restaurant 'Selva' and grocery store with air condition about 3 miles away. Justin in Esterillos Oeste rents surfboards, 3 miles away. Very nice person.

Hospedarnos en Villa Claudia fue la mejor elección de nuestro viaje. Éramos 2 parejas y un bebé. Después de analizar el hospedaje a precios normales de costa Rica y probarlos, sin dudarlo Villa Claudia es el mejor relación calidad precio. Claudette fue super amable y tiene todo perfecto. El apartamento está súper limpio y es todo muy acogedor. Para mi q iba con un bebé fue un gran alivio. Investigamos varios alojamientoos de la zona y sin dudarlo optamos x Villa Claudia. Además tiene una piscina preciosa con parillero. Claudette nos explico todo lo necesario para manejarnos en la zona y fue muy amable. Sin duda recomendaría a todo el que quiera descansar, coger olas y estar a gusto que vaya a Villa Claudia.

Wonderful

Stayed for a week in Dec. Claudia is a very gracious host, with a wealth of local knowledge and a kind heart. Her place is very clean and well appointed, and she is always available for assistance, yet thoroughly respects her guests privacy. We were a family of five but felt like a family of six after adding Claudia to the list. Excellent host. The house itself was great, and we all fit quite comfortably. The kitchen was a blessing as restaurants were a drive. The beach, however, was about a two minute walk away and was absolutely amazing. The tranquility of her property was unsurpassed. Thank you Claudia for providing us with a base for creating family memories that will last a lifetime. We hope to see you again soon.

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine à la Villa Claudia. La plage, à 2 minutes de marche de l'appartement, était vraiment belle et tranquille. Nous étions complètement seuls. Parfait pour se reposer en famille. Merci à Mme. Labrie qui a su répondre à toutes nos questions et nous faire de bonnes recommandations durant notre séjour. La piscine, le coin BBQ et le splendide jardin ont contribué à rendre nos vacances inoubliables! Après avoir visité les parcs et lieux touristiques, la paix nous attendait à la Villa Claudette.

our little get-away paradise!

This is our third stay here. The tranquillity, the gardens, and the beach are perfect for just a laid back, no hassle stay in the mid-Pacific zone. we have brought friends and family here - both from within an without CR. They rave because they would never know a place like this existed. Claudette is also the perfectly discreet host And the place is super clean and comfy. Highly recommend that you sneak away to here for a few days to get your soul back.

Perfect Location

What a treat it was to stay here. So clean and quiet and within 40 paces to the most expansive beach I have ever seen. Beautiful garden surrounds the fenced property, secured each night, that includes a pristine pool with it's own waterfall and fruit trees that are home to the beautiful Scarlet Macaws.The highway that runs north and south of the Pacific coast of Costa Rica is a stones throw from the villa, and there is public transportation at the end of the very short road. The owner is more than happy to accommodate your every need and request, from renting a car, to zip lining through the jungle to having a great meal seaside, or shots of tequila for pennies just down the road. I would highly recommend this property if your are the kind of person that wants to be central but has the desire to see more north or south.

Nous sommes arrivés le 1 février 2012 , avec un auto louer,(pour notre auto Claudette a fait les démarche pour nous) Nous sommes partie de San José pour nous rendre à la villas Claudia , avec les explications de Claudette et une bonne carte tout s,est bien passé. Arrivé à la villa nous étions très enchanté de constaté que tout ce que nous avions vue sur le site était vraiment la réalité. Nous avons passé un mois merveilleux avec l,océan à nos pieds et si nous voulions faire un activité, Claudette était toujours là pour nous guider. Quel beau pays ce Costa Rica. Villa Claudia

Nous avons passé un mois extraordinaire à la Villa Claudia.C'est un lieu très paisible entouré d'un magnifique jardin fleuri. Nous y avons trouvé tout ce que nous cherchions : une hôtesse vraiment sympathique et disponible pour nous donner beaucoup d'informations sur le Costa Rica, la proximité de la mer, la propreté, la tranquillité et un entretien régulier. This place is close to the beach, the sounds of the waves can be heard from the house. It's very peaceful; macaws came once in a while, in the raining season they come every day. It's within half to 1 hour driving distance of our home to any activities.
