This spacious apartment features 3 large bedrooms (1 king, 2 queen beds) plus generous living and dining areas—each with large SmartTVs (Netflix)—making it ideal for entertaining or simply relaxing after a day out. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, stove/oven, fridge, and every cooking utensil you may need, and you’ll also have a private washer and dryer. Enjoy great views of the resort area and town.

This 3-bedroom apartment comfortably sleeps 6 guests on 3 beds, and the large living room couch can be used as an extra bed. The condo is located in the newest, most luxurious building of the resort.

Conveniently located less than a 1.5-hour drive from Costa Rica’s Juan Santamaria International Airport (SJO), Jaco sits in a wide cove framed by rocky points, with rolling green hills of jungle and farm pasture in the distance. The long gray arc of beach is backed by palm trees, surf-side hotels, souvenir and boutique shops, a huge selection of restaurants and bars, and the occasional mid-to-high-rise condo complex.

The condominium is walking distance to the beach and Downtown Jaco (less than 10 minutes). You can walk to pretty much anywhere in Jaco. Taxis are safe and affordable (remember to ask for the meter to be turned on at the beginning of every ride). There are several car rental locations in town if you’d like to explore farther on your own.

For your peace of mind and security, the condominium complex has 24h staffed security. To enter the gated community, I’ll need the full legal name of every guest in your party at least 48 hours before arrival so I can add your information to the authorized guest security registry, as only registered guests are allowed on the property.
