The apartment layout is distributed in a modern way on a surface of 50 square meters with everything you need for comfortable stay in Florence.

It has one double bedroom, a cozy entrance hall leading to a bright living and dining room designed as an open space, an elegant bathroom with shower in addition there is a fully equipped and modern kitchen.

For anyone who wants to spend a quiet stay, in an apartment equipped with every comfort, from the choice of linen, to the dishwasher, washing machine, TV with internet connection, WiFi, air conditioning and every need for the bathroom is welcome.



Access

Check-in time is 3PM - 7PM

As we don't have a front desk please let us know a precise arrival time at least 24h before check in date.

Any late check in must be requested and approved 24h before arrival.

Early and Late Check-In has an extra cost:

From 12 noon to 3pm: €10 ( €15 on weekends)

From 7pm to 8pm: €25

From 8pm to 10pm: €35

From 10pm to MIDNIGHT: €45

No check-in after MIDNIGHT, except for agreement made previously.
