A beautiful condo on Sunny Isles Beach, Miami. The two bedroom, two bath condo can accommodate almost any situation, with complimentary valet parking for one vehicle. The area around the condo is the famous Sunny Isles Beach, filled with prestigious buildings and restaurants and more..

The condo sits adjacent to Collins Ave, the famous street that will take you right down to South Beach within minutes!

Lobby registration will be $120 and is charged during check in at the lobby! (This is now included in the total as of 1/1/24)

if you stay 3 days or less, the building will also charge a $100 refundable security deposit.

It was a great location for the beaches and restaurants. The staff was professional and friendly and answered any questions we had. It could have used a couple of more chairs in the sitting area to be more comfortable. The condo was clean and spacious and had everything we needed although a closet was needed in the second bedroom other than that it was perfect.

Poor check in

We had a decent stay. Property was clean. Check in process was terrible. The front desk person gave us the wrong unit number and my pregnant friend overheated in the hall upstairs bc it took over an hour to check in. I didn’t get the email with info from the manager until the day before check in and typically at other places get it much sooner. The valet guys were friendly but could not speak English. The hot tub was dirty so we didn’t get in. Pool was nice. The balcony view was a new building going up and minimal ocean views across the street. First morning we woke up early to loud drilling. Space was clean. Note there’s an extra 100 fee you have to pay as well at check in which is odd bc most VRBO’s include all the fees in initial cost. Overall just ok. Wouldn’t stay again here though.

Great Family vacation

We had a great time on our vacation. The condo was exactly as listed. It was a short walk to a beautiful beach. We would rent again.

A beautiful, clean condo in a great location.

This was a wonderful place to stay and was centrally located to shops and restaurants. It was located right across from the beach and less than two miles from the exclusive Aventura Mall. The condo was clean and the host provided the basics to make my family very comfortable.The condo actually looked like the photos, very chic. My family enjoyed our stay. I gave it five stars and would stay here again.

Power crazed Property President

After arriving and having to pay $200 that was unplanned and not included in the rental memo we or told that the resort was very strict about visiting patrons we were told no swimsuits allowed throughout the resort after we booked. Although we had our swimsuit covers on we were yelled and screamed at by the property president and she yelled and screamed it of several times we were embarrassed not only by the treatment we received but the actions of the staff who made a comment she signs our paycheck even if she's wrong I can't say anything. We will no longer use this property as a please of residence when we visit and we recommend people of color

Tenzie, I'm so sorry you had a negative experience with the building staff. I understand the discomfort and embarrassment of being treated with such rudeness and I just want you to know that that behavior isn't tolerated, period. I wish you would have told me during your stay so I could have done something about it. It's in the instructions that the dress code is strictly enforced in the common areas, i.e., that you must cover up in the lobby, hallways, elevator, etc. Transparent cover-ups, netting, etc. don't count. It is a family friendly building so they take this seriously. With that being said, it sounds like someone was excessively rude to you. If you remember their name, please do get in touch with me so that I can make sure this doesn't happen again. Lastly, the $100 registration fee that's charged by the lobby is in the description for the listing. Unfortunately we can't pay for it on your behalf so it has to be paid directly during check-in. And the lobby charges a $100 security deposit only for stays of 3 nights or less, which is refunded to you at the end of your stay. Once again, I apologize for the negative experiences you had during your stay, I unfortunately wasn't made aware of them until you left this review. I hope we can have the chance to make it up to you some day.

Great location. Very close to the beach.

The property was wonderful. Stayed on the top floor. Check in was a little clunky, but eventually cleared up by manager. Valet service is amazingly easy and fast. The beach is just a walk across the street. Nice that they have beach chairs and umbrellas.

Ok until the end

Property was ok, I did not know the room would be the top floor kids could not enjoy the balcony. I wont be reserving a vaca with this property manager again though, front desk employees were nice enough. Until they blamed us for smoking weed in the room and tried to charge me a damage fee. I don't know if blaming us for smoking weed in the condo around our children was about the color of our skin but it sure feels like it. All of the money we had to pay was paid on time and in full. We have not received our deposit back yet. No life guard at this property HUMANS that don't look like them swim at your own risk.

Great view, fantastic condo

Condo had everything we needed including a great view of the beach. Just a block off the beach, public access is only a short 5 min walk away. Owner easy to work with, got deposit back quickly. Couple small negatives: beds we hard, hot tub was not functional, several of the residents were rude to us visitors. Overall enjoyed the stay!

Hello, Luke, I’m sorry to hear that! I will speak with the manager of the building, because this is not right. This is a building that allow daily rentals and the residents have to be respectful and nice with our visitors.
