Stunning apartment on the 27th floor of the La Perla condominium in North Miami Beach, Sunny Isles on the beachside. This sun-filled two bedroom, two bathroom home is a corner unit with exposures offering breathtaking ocean and inter-coastal views from every room. The apartment features high-end finishes throughout, including marble floors, with top-of-the-line appliances, new furniture arrived in April of 2021. There are large closets throughout, central air, as well as a washer/dryer combo. La Perla is a full-service condominium complete with a 24-hour doorman, children's play room, gym with an incredible ocean view, billiard table, library room, party room, open pool, jacuzzi, and topping it all off, a complimentary beach service providing tenants with lounge chairs and umbrellas to enjoy the best of the gorgeous Sunny Isles beach comfortably and in style.
The Association requires all tenants to be registered for evaluation on www.TenantEV.com, there is a charge $100 per adult or married couple. Also ID per adult is $25.00.

My favorite place at La Perla!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this VRBO in Miami! Julie, the host was incredibly welcoming and thoughtful, ensuring every detail from the moment we arrived. The space was spotless, stylish, and cozy, with all the amenities we needed to feel right at home. The location was fantastic—right on the beach and close to vibrant spots yet peaceful for a relaxing getaway. We loved the little touches, like the local tips and warm communication, which made the experience truly special. We can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend it!

Great Family Stay at La Perla

Property was perfect for family of 4. Great views and beachfront access. Julie was very helpful, guiding us through the registration process and even providing restaurant suggestions. Great stay!

Family friendly

We had a very good time throughout our 2 weeks of stay. All staff were very courteous, helpful, and prompt. The security does a very good job making sure that the safety of the guests is the priority, and this is important for a father of two teen daughters. The lobby, elevators, pool, and the beach were very clean, and easy to access all we needed. The apartment was very well-equipped with all the appliances and the cleanness was very impressive. In overall, me, my wife, and my daughters had a relaxing time. Money well spent!

Amazing views!

When you walk in the door, you are amazed, with the views of not only the ocean, but the city as well. Sunsets off the balcony on the city side made for great pictures from the 27th floor. The building felt extremely safe. Julie was very good with her communication. The pier on the beach is tasty and a discount for La Perla residents. A perfect distance right between Miami and Ft. Lauderdale. Highly recommend.

Condo is spacious 2br/2bath on 27th floor. Wrap around balcony with spectacular views. Clean. Well equipped. 75 inch TV. Washer and dryer . All appliances worked well. Host/owner Julie was fantastic. Checked in a number of times to ask how are stay was going and if we needed anything. I have ZERO complaints. Amazing condo. Amazing host.

A Wonderful Destination

Our experience was excellent and Julie was responsive to our every need. The well equipped and spacious condo, as advertised, has excellent views, both from within the unit and from its two balconies. Also, services (groceries, restaurants, bakeries, pharmacies, etc.) are within walking distance. As an added bonus, access to the almost 800 foot long Newport Fishing Pier was free, with the ID card issued by the condo. The volume of local traffic can be annoying, but expected in a popular tourist destination. In summary, the condo was as advertised, and resulted in a fun time.

Great Stay

Very nice apartment. Great views from every window. Building has all the top amenities. Julie constantly kept in touch to make sure we are comfortable. Would come back.

Great place to stay

From initial booking to the check out the entire experience Julie and the property was great. Property is in great condition and in great location. Owner is very responsive and pleasant. But other reviews for this property are saying the same. What impressed me here is some small details which I didnt expected - Nespresso Machine, Russian TV, Netflix and Amazon TV. Julie, thank you for having us. We will be back!

Vacation stay!

We absolutely loved the property and our condo. Beautiful beaches and the views from our condo were amazing. Julie was great to work with. She communicated well by email, phone, or text. Outstanding

We recently stayed in this condo for 3 weeks. Words can not express how amazing this rental is. It is clean and bright and has everything you need. The building is 1st class, beautiful and steps to beach. Location is the best, walk to shops market, restaurants. Best of all the ocean and city views. Julie is most sincere and helpful in her wish for you to have a great time. We have been renting many times in Florida, this has been the best rental and we hope to return next year. Thank you Julie

Amazing apartment and location!

This is our 3rd stay in this place! It is very modern, clean and welcoming apartment. Comfortable, separated bedrooms and large living room with ocean view and the city view. Huge TV with connection to the Internet. Julie gave us useful recommendations about places to see, to do and where to dine. We loved our stay and will be back!!!

A true vacation, with all necessary amenities!

The apartment is beautiful, bright, and airy. Felt like we were in a hotel! The apartment was very clean and neat. There were enough beds to fit our family of 6 comfortably. I especially loved the toddler bed for my eldest. The view from every room was absolutely stunning. Theres nothing like waking up to the sound and view of the bright blue ocean. The building itself is also impeccable. Clean, spacious, smells great ;) The pool area is large and luxurious, with beds, as well as tables and private cabanas. Perfect place for couples, singles, or families with kids. Julie is a great host and we look forward to renting from her again!

Beautiful and luxurious vacation rental

This apartment was beautiful and well kept. The unit was clean, comfortable, and convenient. The views of the ocean were amazing and the apartment itself had every accommodation imaginable. The pool in the building was kept at the perfect temperature and it wasn’t over crowded. Beach access was easy and the building was within walking distance to really good restaurants. I would highly recommend staying in this apartment for a romantic get away or for a family vacation. :).

Great summer vacations in an amazing apartment

This has been our third time in Julie´s apt, we simply love it and think it´s just perfect. We´d certainly go back and we highly recommend it on account of comfort, location and hosting services. It´s a fantastic apt, all the rooms are very spacious and luminous. All the appliances are brand-new and work perfectly, the matching furniture is fashionable and was recently upgraded. The master bedroom is large and light, and so is the master bathroom, which provides an interesting view to the sunset, the city of Miami and north Miami Beach. . We stayed there with our two grownup daughters, but it felt we were staying in a big house, since the master bedroom and bathroom were kind of separated from the second bedroom and bathroom by the living room/kitchen area. There are plenty of elevators, and they´re unbelievable fast so you get up or down in no time. There is a small laundry room for washer and drier inside the apt, so the noise of the machines does not bother. The beach is ideal and the resort service is well-organized and efficient. La Perla stands by the “Sunny Island Fishing Pier”. The pier is an additional attraction. It´s free for tourists holding a La Perla ID, and you can take great pictures of different sea life creatures as they swim underneath. The pier restaurant´s specializes on seafood and it is convenient for lunch, supper or a drink at midnight. The view to the sea is amazing and unforgettable, and you can enjoy lovely sunsets from the back balcony while having a cold beer. There are super-relaxing chairs there for enjoying a morning coffee as you plan the day ahead. The neighbourhood is the best: 7-11 almost opposite, Starbuck´s, Papa John´s, CVS, Walgreens, Marshall´s and Milam´s supermarket are five minutes away on foot. Besides there are about a dozen restaurants featuring ethnical cuisine (Asian, Russian and Latin American). You don´t really need to go to town when staying at Sunny Isles, as Aventura Mall is like 10 minutes away by car and Bal Harbour Shops is five minutes by car from the apt. If you want to take a break from your driving, you can get to Aventura Mall on the S or 120 (limited stops) bus, it´s a nice ride through marinas into the sub-urban city of Aventura. The hostess is available at all times and politely answers any possible queries, even during arrangements for renting. The timing for checking in and out has always been flawless.

We had a fabulous time while staying in the apartment. The apartment had a stunning view of both the ocean and the city at night. The apartment was spacious and comfortable to spend our time in. The kitchen had everything we needed and the entire apartment was clean.

Best property in LaPerla !

it was an absolute pleasure to stay in this beautiful, clean and specious apartment for the holiday. it had everything that you need for a comfortable stay, it even had a small bed for my 2 year old. there was plenty of closet space for my wife and a huge 80'' TV for me ! the views from the apartment are stunning, you can see both the ocean and down collins ave. Julie was a doll, she checked in with us making sure everything was perfect and it was, thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful place. i can't wait to come back ! Alex, Rita and the kids :)

Great Location! Spacious with beautiful views!

Julie was a pleasure to work with. Her condo is well-situated, very large and has good amenities. The views are spectacular. Julie was always available to make sure we had a great family experience. The condo was clean and the kitchen was well-stocked. There were plenty of towels and linens. We would stay there again!

Amazing property with beautiful views!!!

We Love LaPerla! We stayed in LaPerla building a few times before, and always enjoy our stay here. Julies apartment is by far the nicest and the cleanest one. From beautiful furniture, to fully equipped kitchen and kids toys, this apartment has it all. Amazing views from the living room and huge balcony. Looking forward to coming back here.

Breathtaking view, even better than the pictures. Very spacious and clean and everything's provided

I loved it here! Walking distance from anywhere you'd need to go and right on the beach. Also, Julie is VERY sweet and amazing to work with. Pretty much the only complaint I could think of is you can't swim at night. I'm from the Midwest and we love to take a night swim but apparently it's not common in this area. But that definitely wouldn't keep me from returning!!

Fantastic host, great oceanfront location, perfect for small kids

We enjoyed the easy access to the beach, near by groceries and stores as well as beautiful view from the balconies. Apartment had everything we needed and the host (Julie) was very responsive and helpful with all of our questions! We traveled with a small baby and loved the convenience of toys, high chair and the pack and play that were provided to us. The only concern that we had was not about the apartment , but due tp the condo wide rule in regards to the beach chair placement , that we were not made aware of: which requires you to face the chairs only in a certain way . I thought it took away from otherwise perfect experience, considering the price that we were paying and the beach attendants were not friendly in enforcing this rule .

A few feet from paradise!

Our stay at Judy’s apartment was wonderful. As a great hostess, she’s always available by telephone, quick to answer our questions. There was a small plumbing issue which she gave immediate action, sending a professional to fix it. The view from the apartment is spectacular. We woke up with the sea and were always amazed to see Miami and the Waterway so alive with activity. The building is very well kept, the manager is hands on and conscious of his clientele. Beach boys and parking valets were prompt to give service. The apartment is at walking distance from grocery stores, pharmacies and good restaurants. You can walk miles on the clean beach. What else can you ask for?

My name is Julie. I live in New York with my Family. My Family immigrated from Moscow, Russia in 1991. I speak both English and Russian languages. In 2006 I bought my favorite place in the world-Miami condo, I decorated it for myself, my Family and friends first, and now I am not able to use it as often as before and decided to share it with my guests. But I am coming back very often, when it is available;). In 2021 I renovated my condo and replaced all furniture, put a new 78" Smart TV and it is new and beautiful condo again!

La Perla is one of the best comfortable places in Sunny Isles. Miami is the best place in the world to have your vacation. You combine beach days with Miami tours days, you cook your own food or go to restaurants. Everything you want, you need and you can dream about.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

The location is optimal and is, in our opinion, what makes this condo truly amazing. The beach is just a step outside our doors. We are right beside a lovely pier restaurant and just a five minute walk away you have access to a plenty of other fantastic dining options. If you feel like eating in, we're about 2 minutes away, walking, from the nearest super market where you can pick up just about anything you need. If you plan to just relax, take in the Miami sun, and eat out a few times, you have absolutely no need for a car. If you do plan on visiting South Beach's famous bars and clubs, valet parking is included. There are buses and we can provide you with the contact information for a taxi service if you so choose. Overall, you will have a variety of transportation options available to you.
