The living area boasts a plush sleeper sofa with swivel chair, wall mounted Smart HDTV, Blu-Ray DVD player, telephone with free long distance and Wi-Fi, and beachfront balcony access with incredible views!

The updated kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need to prepare 5-star cuisine, including granite countertops, a stainless double-sided sink, glass top range ,and updated appliances. There is also a full size washer and dryer for your convenience. The dining area offers a butterfly leaf table with seating for 4 that can be expanded to accommodate 6.

The master suite has floor to ceiling windows with amazing gulf views, a plush king bed with high thread-count linens, two bedside tables with lamps, wall-mounted 40 inch LED HDTV, DVD player, black-out curtains, and direct balcony access. The master bath includes a shower/ tub and separate sink with a door for privacy. The second bedroom features two full beds with deluxe linens, wall-mounted 32 inch flat screen HDTV, DVD player, and a private sink and vanity, in addition to direct access to the hall bath. We LOVED our stay at this property. Super cute condo, perfect location, beautiful beach/ocean view. Does have a bit of a small shower area but it wasnā€™t a big deal for us. Amazing breakfast spot literally right across the street. Would definitely stay here again.

Return trip

Our family first stayed at this unit several years ago, and weā€™ve been back multiple times. The amenities of this unit and the ease of beach and pool access keep us coming back. The condo building is not overrun with people, itā€™s well-maintained, and itā€™s walkable or a short drive to all the places we like to visit during our stay.

Loved it!

We have stayed in several condos throughout the years on our beach vacations, and I would rank this condo and this experience as the best and my favorite. The condo was clean, spacious for our family of five and had great amenities. The decor was also beautiful and the beds were very comfortable. The check-in and check-out was also very easy and management was easy to connect with if needed. Overall, I give it a 5 out of 5!

Great Unit & Location

We love this area and Perdido Sun Condo Units. We've specifically stayed at this exact Perdido Sun building for the past 3 years (different rooms) for its location and INDOOR swimming pool as we have children. Quick access to beach that is clean and not over crowded. The establishment is clean and staff very friendly. Directly across the street are great options for restaurants, bar, and small shops (including ice cream for kids!). We will continue coming back!

Great location!

Very nicely decorated and updated decor. We had everything we needed. Great location near restaurants and ice cream shop. Spin cycle on the washer didnā€™t work so our laundry was sopping wet. Floors could be cleaned a little better, seems as if the cleaning service just pushed the dirty mop water to the perimeter of the room. We never did find the remote for the outdoor tv. Would definitely stay here again!

Great getaway!

Everything was as expected! Very nice and clean. Beds were comfortable, good water pressure in the showers, functional kitchen. Only thing I would change would be to request a few more supplies. There was just a ā€œstarter kitā€ for toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, laundry soap, etc. This was warned about in the email but I didnā€™t see it until after we had been to the grocery store.

Great stay!

This is my very furst time using Vrbo for a condo. I have been extremely pleased. From the ease of booking to the reminders and communication to keep everything on track. I didn't gave any issues everything had clear instructions. The condo was beautiful and was exactly what I expected from the photos. It was very clean and comfortable. We contacted maintenance and they responded very quickly. I would recommend this to everyone.

Negatives: really small bathroom by master and it was dirty; there was a lot of hair that hadn't gotten clean off the shower and my husband had to scrub it before using. Not a big deal but didn't have a pizza cutter which would have been handy. Overall, we loved our stay and would stay again. We loved the decor as it was very cute and beachy. We appreicated the playing cards because we forgot ours. The view was amazing and we loved the high chairs on the deck so we could see over the railing. Thank you for a great time:)

My Family of 5 stayed in this unit for three nights during my daughters cheer competition in Pensacola. It was the perfect size for me, the wife, our daughter and two sons. It was very nice clean and had all very nice kitchen appliance and furnishings. The Weather did not cooperate well but the enclosed pool was perfect for the cold and stormy days. We would have like to of been able to enjoy the hot tub but unfortunately was too hot to stand for any guest. They tried to adjust the temperature but it was not usable except the first day of the trip. We would love to come back and stay again.

Very nice affordable, convenient location

We really enjoyed our recent stay here. The condo is located in a perfect spot. A Publix is less than 5 mins away and there is an ice machine down the street. The condo itself was very roomy and clean. The indoor and outdoor pools were perfect to get away from the sun with the kids. The condo had everything we needed. My only complaint (which doesnā€™t decrease my 5 star rating) is the additional costs to rent through vrbo. The rate for the room itself was very affordable; however, the total price almost doubled when adding in all the associated fees. We actually chose this place because it had lower fees than surrounding places. Also we decided to pay for an extra night in order to check out late that evening to enjoy another day at the beach. It took a 5 min phone call and it was done. We would definitely stay here again.

Good experience

Overall, the condo was just as advertised. The kitchen was very well equipped, which was quite nice. The beds and furniture were comfy, and the whole unit felt very clean. It was extra nice that complimentary bathroom toiletries were provided. This isn't always the case with owner rentals, and it was a pleasant surprise.

The pictures definitely made it look a lot nicer than it actually was. Was not aware of the 2 extra doors leading outside, just made it look a little sketchy. Low ceiling in master bathroom area. Low king size bed. However, it was decorated cute like a home rather than just a beach condo.

Perfect Spot!

This condo worked out perfect for us! My son was able to enjoy having his own TV and bathroom to use! Price was perfect for the location-right on the beach! Property management was available to answer all questions. Condo was super clean and ready for us after a long day of driving from Houston. Totally recommend this place! Thanks for letting us stay and make new memories. **side note- the balcony light was a regular white light- not sure if previous guests put that in but maintenance came on our last day to change it to a yellow bulb and informed us that it needs to be yellow for the sea turtles who are attracted to the white light. So if you stay, make sure that the balcony light is yellow!
