The apartment, meticulously maintained, features a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine, microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator, and all the necessary utensils to prepare and enjoy meals independently. The living room is spacious and bright, furnished with a comfortable sofa, flat-screen TV, and high-speed internet connection, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing or strolling through the historic center. The very comfortable master bedroom features a memory foam bed, double pillows, and a spacious wardrobe. The attached private bathroom is meticulously maintained and functional, and includes toiletries and a set of towels. The second bedroom, smaller yet cozy, features a queen-size bed with a memory foam mattress, two pillows, and a wardrobe, ideal for guests or family members. After passing through the main door, you will have to climb two flights of stairs to reach the first floor, where you will find the main door directly in front of you. Guests can communicate through the channels provided by the platform: text messages, email, or, once the reservation is confirmed, by phone. Guests will always receive comprehensive assistance from the Host, who will ensure a seamless and hassle-free stay. You will always be provided with the various access methods and all the information you need for your stay. The apartment is located in the historic center. For parking, we always recommend leaving your car at the Spoleto Sfera paid parking lot. The cost is €1.80 per hour, followed by €1.40 per hour. The daily rate is €14. From here, the apartment is about 400 meters away, and you can reach your accommodation in just a 5-minute walk.
