Case Puente is a Resort style Villa located in Palmilla Residences. This luxury villa has fantastic ocean views and backs directly to the Palmilla Estates Golf Course. With 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms this home is perfect for large gatherings and corporate retreats.
The home was built for entertaining with a large pool complete with a swim up bar and Palapa. The outdoor areas feature comfortable lounge chairs, a bridge to the hot tub, an outdoor kitchen, two TV's, a water feature and a full bar with endless views.
The interior of the home was recently upgraded and remodeled with all new furnishings, mattresses, smart TV's, and AC upgrades. The gourmet kitchen has a large 6 burner gas range, dishwasher, two refrigerators, a wine fridge and an eat up bar. There is everything you (or your chef) will need to prepare meals for a large group. There is seating for up to 14 guests in the kitchen area.
There are 5 king sized bedrooms and 1 room with a queen bed and twin. The bedroom feature high quality linens, top of the line mattresses and spa like bathrooms. All bedrooms have private attached bathrooms with toilet/sink.
The home comes with daily maid service. We can provide chefs, bartenders, chauffeur, butlers and in villa massages at your request (additional fees based on services requested. Your stay will be managed by a 24/hr local concierge who is available to help with any special requests.
This home also has exclusive access to a large 90ft luxury yacht that our Villa guests can request at a discounted rate (see Tourbillon Yacht in Cabo San Lucas)

Summer Getaway

Our family of 12 had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home...even lovelier in person. We had plenty of room and everything we needed or wanted to do was very accessible. I highly recommend this property.

Great Stay

The property and community were both clean, well-maintained, and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Communication with the property owner was a bit challenging until closer to my trip, and the check-in materials were outdated, including pricing and advertisement details. I would recommend updating these for future guests to ensure a smoother experience. Overall, a lovely place to stay.

Incredible Experience

I cannot speak more highly about Casa Puente as a destination, or the team that made our trip unforgettable. Marciela made sure all our needs were met prior to arrival and check in was seemless. Our chef, Raymundo was above and beyond - in fact, he and his team are what made our trip so special. By the end of the visit, they felt like part of the family. This was my first time to Cabo and I cannot wait to return and woud definitely rent here again. Thank you, Casa Puente!

Awesome extended family Christmas in Cabo

My extended family spent 6 nights and 7 days at this beautiful property in Cabo. We slept 13 comfortably and loved every part of our vacation. The property is located in a beautiful golf resort community with easy access to a public beach for those that want the ocean experience. We took daily walks around the neighborhood, had a chef and his assistant come to the house each night for a fabulous dinner, and ventured out a few times to explore around the city. Katie is fabulous to work with and helped connect us to additional local resources to make our vacation perfect. We hope to go back again with our family and friends.

Beautiful ocean view home on the Palmilla golf course.

My friends and I had the best time celebrating my birthday. This house is so roomy, comfortable and has an amazing pool and hot tub. It’s located on the golf course overlooking the ocean. The house is very clean. There is a cafe, shops, restaurants, and grocery store within walking distance. Palmilla is so lush, beautiful, located in a gated community…we felt so safe. This was our second time staying at this house, we love it! We already booked it again for next year. Make sure you request the chef that comes with the house. They are so friendly and they make delicious meals and cocktails if needed.

Great Cabo House

We were extremely pleased with the house for our multi-generational family. The house was well-laid out with plenty of privacy. The pool and patio were fantastic with the morning sunrise and beautiful view of the ocean. For golfers, the house sits on one of the most beautiful golf holes you will ever see. At the same time, the golf course does not dominate the ambiance. Good idea to have the pool heated and to rent the golf cart for an easy trip to the beach. Hire the chef for one or two dinners. Raymundo is great! We have stayed in quite a few houses in Hawaii, San Diego, and Tuscon and this may be the best!

Birthday celebration at the Villa

Booking the villa was easy and the house amenities was exactly what we were looking for to have a memorable birthday weekend with friends. Maria, cleaning services, was excellent, she came on time and made sure to make it very convenient for us as she tidied up the place. She was amazing! Working with Chef Raymundo was also very excellent, he worked with me before arriving to Cabo on getting the birthday dinner and next day brunch perfect. He is very professional and made sure to have exactly what we wanted. The service was excellent and he made all of us feel taken care of. Top notch service! The only disappointment was our property manager (concierge), she wasn't very responsive, she made me feel more stressed out in trying to get our perfect weekend planned. It was tough to confirm airport arrival transportation and she was not there for when we arrived. The grocery list was also a mess and she didn't communicate or update me with how that was going or if I needed to make changes. I would recommend if you are having trouble getting a hold of your concierge you should escalate. Not sure who that would be but hopefully the owner can list someone moving forward.

Wedding weekend in Cabo!

This was the BEST experience my friends and I could have asked for. The home was not only beautiful and in the perfect location but the concierge service made our lives so much easier while we were there. We were all so sad to leave and will be coming back.

Amazing stay at Casa Puente

This villa is gorgeous! Spaciousness abounds everywhere, kitchen is built for an executive chef, the views are stunning of the ocean (sunrises were always beautiful), and the expansive pool/patio area is built for entertaining. We were there to celebrate a birthday and we all felt pampered. Raymundo, the executive chef, and his crew made us incredible breakfasts and dinners. He always said yes to any of our requests and was very cordial. Marisela, the concierge, was very prompt and provided quick resolution when addressing a slight hiccup in scheduling our Covid tests. The housekeeping was very quiet and thorough in their cleaning. All in all this was a great experience! Highly recommend!

Girls Trip for 50th birthday

The property was great and beautiful spot. There was enough room for all the ladies. The chefs that was part of this property were absolutely amazing, the meals were off the charts delicious! I could go on and on about Raymundo and Jorge all day long. Super helpful in every way as far as meal preparations and cocktail preparations! The concierge wasn't as responsive to emails/calls as she should have. There could have been better communication with me regarding a lot of important matters. The yacht for an afternoon was amazingly beautiful! Katie and Mike thank you both for the amazing stay!

Great vacation home in La Palmilla Residence

Great house for a group of 10. Very clean and pool/patio area was a great place for the group to hang out during the days. The extra amenities for in-house meals and grocery delivery were great. For those looking for a laid back vacation with easy travel to Cabo San Lucas or Cabo San Jose, this home is a definite plus.

Great Vacation with Friends

We had 6 couples for a quick getaway, the property was great, very accommodating! The only thing that wasn’t great was the bunk room doesn’t have access to a bathroom, besides that it was the perfect space for all 12 of us! We had two wonderfully delicious dinners at the house, both recommended by the house manager (who was SO helpful).

Family trip

House and location were beautiful and safe in a gated community. Maria, the daily housekeeper, was kind and friendly. Short distance to a beautiful beach. 2 of the bedroom doors are in the main house and 4 of the bedrooms you enter through the adjoining front courtyard. House manager met us at check in and was otherwise available via WhatsApp but sometimes didn’t get back to us for a day or more. There was a 6 person golf cart on property, and while we didn’t rent it was told we could for $100/day.

Gorgeous ocean view home on the golf course

We loved this house!!! We rented this house in May, we were greeted with fresh flowers, snacks and drinks. It was very clean when we arrived. This house is so comfortable with spa like mattresses and white bedding in every room. It’s spacious, and has breathtaking views of the ocean, located on the golf course in a gated community. My friends and I felt very safe at all times...we took the golf cart to the beach daily (3-5 minute ride). There are shops, markets, restaurants, and cafes within walking distance, which was very convenient when we weren’t in the mood to cook or just to get some coffee. We had a chef that came over and cooked breakfast each morning during our stay, it cost us extra but well worth it with a bigger crowd. We rented this house twice, once with our children and once with our adult friends. We enjoyed it so much we booked it again in October. Can’t wait to go back!!!

WOW!

We had a wonderful experience in this luxurious villa! The backyard with pool, swim up bar, hot tub, outdoor kitchen w/ tv's and surround music was so fun for us - and to top it off, all with a spectacular ocean view, backed up to the Palmilla Estates Golf Course and beautiful landscape surrounding us. The house was clean, the kitchen and rest of the house well stocked and the beds were extremely comfortable, a relaxing getaway after we had in villa massages. The house has many rooms and an incredible courtyard, it definitely felt dreamy lit up at night with the beautiful greenery, water fountains and great architecture. The services/accommodations were fantastic. We had the best time, we cannot wait to come back!
