Fabulous and Spacious Ocean View Villa with Golf, Pool and Amenities

ENJOY THE GOOD LIFE! Casa Dulce Vida was completed in 2008 and built to take advantage of the breathtaking views of the Sea of Cortez. Located near San Jose del Cabo, the villa is in the exclusive, gated golf community of Fundadores in Puerto Los Cabos.

The villa, which sleeps up to 12 people, has hosted family reunions, corporate and golf retreats and friend’s getaways. You can spend the day playing golf at the beautiful on site courses or down at the Beach Club, or simply relaxing by the lovely pool at the villa. All of this without leaving the neighborhood! Spa treatments at the villa can be arranged.

The villa features two levels with ocean views from every room in the house and from the spacious roof-top terrace. The infinity pool, hot tub, gourmet kitchen, outdoor grilling area and large sun deck are perfect for entertaining and relaxing. There are over 5,200 square feet of living area and 2,400 square feet of outdoor living space. The main level of the villa is open and spacious with a gourmet kitchen, dining room and a great room, which all open out to the poolside patio and barbeque area.

Casa Dulce Vida has five bedrooms. Three bedrooms and three and a half baths are located on the main level. Two bedrooms and two and a half baths, and a family entertainment room with a big screen TV and a ping pong table are on the lower level.

Guests have full access to the members only Beach Club which contains an exercise room, resort pool, hot tub and full service restaurant and bar with views of the Sea of Cortez. Palapas with lounge chairs are available on the beach. Exercise classes including yoga and water aerobic Zumba are held during the week. Kayaks and paddleboards can also be enjoyed.

Located in the community, within a short walking distance from Casa Dulce Vida, are the emerald green Jack Nicklaus and Greg Norman Signature Golf Courses, which overlook picturesque mountains, hills, and the Sea of Cortez.

For your dining pleasure, the very popular Flora Farms a wonderful farm to table restaurant and Acre are 10 minutes away. The resort, La Palmilla, is 15 minutes away with the lovely restaurant, The Aqua. If you would rather stay in, you can hire a local chef to prepare your dinner while you sit back and relax.

The charming historical town of San Jose del Cabo is just minutes away, where great restaurants and shopping await you. The evenings are lovely for walking through town, listening to music and soaking in the local culture. Each Thursday evening from December through May, you can attend the famous Art Walk.

Casa Dulce Vida is a 25 minute drive from the airport and a 35 minute drive to the city of Cabo San Lucas.

In a word……..Phenomenal!

This property crossed all the “T’s” and dotted all the “I’s”! 2 married couples, our 6 grown children and 2 boyfriends……great space, beautiful well equipped, very close to JW Marriott and also Flora Farms where our nephew got married. The home is as advertised on VRBO! Pool was inviting and spacious enough for our party, and the Hot Tub was actually HOT as it was late January it was needed as evening temps got down to about 60! All positive comments from our group and house manager and staff were very attentive to our requests and questions! If you have a mid size group coming to Cabo, we say you will be very happy with Casa Dulce Vida!!!!

Highly Recommend

This place was as advertised. Very clean, very nice. Definitely recommend overall and perfect for larger parties. We had a group of 10 adult friends and this was one of the few places I could find that had beds for all of us. Kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable. A huge bonus was access to the Fundadores concierge who helped us book all our activities including golf, fishing, and even chef services. The house manager, Jill, was very responsive and helpful during our stay. Would definitely book again.

Great week with friends and family.

Wonderful week of relaxing and enjoying the beautiful home in the Fundadores area. The house was everything we needed and as advertised. We took a few trips outside the property but for the most part stayed at the house and relaxed. We had ten adults and had plenty of room for all. I used Alberto Sanchez, he took care of everything from groceries, transportation to and from airport, welcome lunch and drinks, reservations, to provide chef and butler, to having our rental car delivered to our house. The maids provided by the owner were awesome. We even watched our Colorado Avalanche win the Stanley Cup! The beach club was a little bit of a walk so our elderly guest needed to get a ride to the beach club, not an easy walk by any means. I would suggest renting a golf cart. Overall a 5 star experience.

A fabulous week with memories to last a lifetime

We loved our family time at Casa Dulce Vida! Everything was perfect from the pool, view, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen to the kind and hard working cleaning ladies! We enjoyed the beach club for a change of scenery, good food and cocktails. Buzzrds is a must, along with Flora Farms and the Thursday evening art walk in old town. All in all a very relaxing and enjoyable week. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Lovely home with all the bells and whistles

Very well appointed, well-maintained and well located, with a four minute walk to a glorious quiet beach. Would definitely recommend this rental.

Beautiful house for four couples.

The house is absolutely beautiful and provided more than enough room for the four couples in our group. Both the inside and outside areas are super spacious, and the pool, which looks a bit small in the pictures, was plenty large enough for us. The house was super clean and well appointed, with way more than enough dishes, supplies, towels, etc. to make our stay fantastic. The house is about a 15 minute walk to the beach club and about a 25 minute walk to the Buzzards restaurant down the beach. Getting to other places for food was a bit more of a challenge and I would suggest renting a car. I highly recommend the house, the neighborhood, and the host. We had a truly memorable time there.

What can we say!

There was nothing about this stay that wasn’t fabulous! The home is so beautiful and comfortable. The staff that came in every day was wonderful. Jill helped us prior to arrival with all pertinent info. We found a personal chef who took the stay over the top. Loved the Questro golf and the beach club. Our family is pushing to book again next year! Thank you Jill❤️

Wonderful place to relax

We spent four lovely nights at Case Dolce Vita celebrating my 50th birthday. The house is very comfortable and clean, with a well-appointed kitchen. We loved hanging by the private pool or down at the beach club, which my 11-year old niece thought was very glam. We had a group of eight people and the house had plenty of space for all of us. Beds are comfy and the ACs and fountain provide great white noise for those who like to sleep in. Both Jill, the owner, and Bianca the concierge were super helpful with everything from questions about the house and area to helping us arrange COVID testing. I highly recommend this property and would definitely go back!

Excellent property Incredible views

This property is incredible for a family looking to relax. There was plenty of room and everything you need to relax. Jill was easy to communicate with and provided great contacts to make our stay comfortable. The cleaners came in every day which was one less worry. Again we had a great vacation

Great week

This house is great and was perfect for our group of ten! We had the best week. Jill was very responsive to our needs and I can’t say enough about Hector at the beach club who helped us with so many logistics. The beach club is great and the property has everything you need. Of note, it is unsafe to swim in the ocean here, so I would rent a car if you do in order to go to other beaches.

Gorgeous house, view and staff !

We had quite an amazing trip at the house for our trip to Cabo. The house is stunning. It’s in a nice quiet community and the club house has great food. I recommend getting a chef and in house massages, it made the experience even better! The maids are also excellent. Definitely coming back.

Amazing stay with 2 families

Love this property! I would suggest getting a car or at least a number of an uber driver you can connect to directly. Uber does not service from this location, but will deliver to through the app. The beach club is amazing and a short walk but if you have littles, would be more difficult. It was well appointed, cleaning daily (and they even did our laundry... WHAT???) and we just loved it!

We❤️ Cabo...

...however, staying at casa Owen made it even better. Absolutely one of my FAVORITE vacations and we’ve been on many. The house is WONDERFUL the views STUNNING...the location PERFECT. The neighborhood is BEAUTIFUL , SAFE and CLEAN. The house is close to the beach, the beach club and golf course. Only a 15 min drive to the most amazing grocery store, very inexpensive. A short walk on the beach to Buzzards, good food and drink. Rented a boat in San Jose marina, a must do. The staff at the beach club can help set up taxi’s, shuttles and excursions. The 2 helpers that came in each day were friendly and did an AWESOME job at keeping the house picked up. We started planning our next vacation before we left… Definitely going back‼️🤩

Incredible!

The owner, Jill, was extremely helpful answering questions and giving information. The house is beautiful with everything you could possibly need during your stay. It was cleaned daily by two wonderful, hardworking ladies. The views were outstanding. We left the property only a few times to get more groceries and eat out a couple times. Mostly, we played card games, enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and each other's company. Thanks for a great time!

Pure Bliss

Pure relaxation. Such a gorgeous home in a serene neighborhood. From the house keeper to the chef... all is taken care of to complete a TRUE vacation. The morning walks, passing by pleasant up-beat neighbors, complimented by gorgeous sunsets on the deck with world class views do not need more explantion. Book this and enjoy. The owner is very responsive and has your best interest at heart. We ALL cannot wait to get back.

Beautiful house and property

We have been coming to Cabo for many years, but this was our first time in the area of Fundadores. This area is so beautiful and quiet compared to the town of Cabo. The house was perfect for our family of 12. We had a great time and will definitely return. The owner Jill was very easy to communicate with.

Amazing, relaxing homein a 5 Star Community

This is an amazing home. The pictures do not do justice to the amount fo room. With 19 of us plus a baby everyone still had privacy and room to spread out. The beach club access gives you the same featuers of a resort with pool side service if you don't want to do all the cooking in the fully stocked kitchen. And if you want a real treat, you can book the resorts chef who cam by and cooked a restaurant worthy 9 course Mexacin tapas dinner for 20 personally. I cannot recommend it enough iff your looking for beautiful scenery on the quiet end of Los Cabos.

Incredible

My family has stayed in this fabulous house three times and every time has been amazing! The house is very comfortable and has everything a person could ask for from an amazing view to cozy beds. The owners were very easy to work with and made sure our time there was beyond our expectations. This house is the perfect place to stay!!! Can't wait for trip number 4!

Awesome!

We just spent 5 fabulous nights here and it was perfect for 10 adults and 3 little ones. The owners are very accommodating and helpful. The house was really clean, and the kitchen was well stocked. We appreciated the maid service that came everyday. We all enjoyed the pool, music system with speakers, and the spaciousness. Each morning I enjoyed a walk on the nearby beach, and the beach club pool is fantastic too. We can't wait to come again!
