Come make lasting memories in the prestigious golf course community of Puerto Los Cabos. Villa Amanacer is perched above the Sea of Cortez, etched into the rolling foothills and sits directly above Hole Number 1 of the Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course. Just a couple of minutes down the road enjoy the sand and sea at The Club Fundadores beach club where you can lay under palapas on the beach, grab a workout at the gym or grab a bite to eat in their open air restaurant just feet away from the Sea of Cortez.

Villa Amanecer is a short 10 minutes away from the charming town of San Jose del Cabo where you'll find incredible dining, rooftop bars, art galleries and a ton of shopping and the same distance to the famous Flora Farms and Acre, which specialize in amazing farm-to-table dining.

The home was completely remodeled and redecorated earlier this year and no detail has been left out. The infinity pool, hot tub, gourmet kitchen and large sun deck are perfect for entertaining and relaxing. The back wall of the main level of the villa's living area and kitchen completely opens up to enjoy a seamless indoor/outdoor experience.

You will have a house manager that will be on-call for anything you may need for your stay. Claudia can arrange a chef to cook breakfast or dinner (or both!) during your stay, spa services, private drivers and anything else you may need to make your experience truly stress free and luxurious.

With five bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, the house can easily host five couples or larger families. The main home has three large bedrooms and the newly added casita just outside of the front door has the two additional bedrooms.

The location of this property is great. We have a great view on the sea and the golf course which is right beside us. The house is very clean and well equipped. The pool is nicely heated and the hot tub is great. We have 6 adults and 2 kids but there are lots of towels so we never run out as the kids are in and out of the pool all day. The property manager is very helpful in recommending places to eat and visit. I would definitely come back again.

We had a fabulous stay. The house was beautiful and well kept. The sunrise every morning was spectacular! Claudia the house manager was very helpful and tentative. The kitchen was missing a can opener but other than that it was fully stocked. The plumbing was probably our biggest challenge as the water pressure in all showers other than the master was very low. And the toilets were slow to flush.

We booked last minute to celebrate New Years. The home was beautiful and clean. Great location. Easy to golf and visit San Jose. Owner was very responsive and easy to work with. Claudia took very good care of us once we arrived.

Perfect home for a the ultimate family vacation

Our family of nine - spanning 3 generations - traveled to San Jose del Cabo and stayed in this home. It was perfect. It had plenty of rooms - all ensuites - for everyone. A pool, hot tub, well-equipped kitchen and the laundry room came in handy.The home is well-situated - roughly 10 to 15 minutes from just anywhere we wanted to visit during the day or a for a meal out.Claudia, the property manager, was incredibly responsive and helpful.A little slice of heaven for the week. Thank you!

Thanksgiving in Cabo!

Great house. Great management. Five stars. We spent a long weekend before Thanksgiving to get some sun and celebrate my wife’s birthday. Cristy and Claudia managed the house very well. The chef was excellent. Having access to Fundadores beach club was well worth renting in this location and subdivision. Will be back. Very nice. Very clean. Impeccable view and pool. Even when a minor maintence issue popped up they were there so fast.

The perfect house for a large group!

My friends and I celebrated my bachelorette party here and it was absolutely perfect! Management was always quick to respond and help us plan things at the house, like a personal chef and massages. The house is brand new and so clean and the view is beautiful. Highly recommend!

Gorgeous Villa, a few notes

Our group of four (two couples) stayed at the end of March 2023 at this beautiful villa. The home in-person was exactly as pictured in the listing photos with a luxury modern esthetic and gorgeous views of the Sea of Cortez and the golf course. We enjoyed the spacious common spaces to spend time together and the split ranch layout allowed for privacy in the sleeping quarters. The pool and spa areas were clean and the perfect size for an afternoon of lounging. Claudia assisted us in arranging Chef Gustavo for dinner the night of our arrival so we could relax after a long travel day. She also arranged massage services at the villa later in our stay which was outstanding and highly recommend. The home is located in a quiet gated community and a short drive to restaurants and Gallery District, but was challenging to locate initially as it does not show up on Google Maps or Apple Maps. We dropped a pin once we arrived and used that for navigating for other off property adventures. A few items worth noting; first, the check-in process was face-to-face and the house manager requested a face-to-face check out, but had a conflicting appointment. This differed from the listing of a "no-contact check-in/out," but also no other guidance was provided such as directions, address of property, information on gatehouse, etc. until we asked for it. Overall not a big deal, but some more communication about arrival and departure expectations would be helpful. Second, the beds are visually beautiful and layered with fluffy duvets and pillows, however, the mattresses are extra extra firm and unfortunately our group found them quite uncomfortable. Also, this house layout lends nicely for two master suites and could benefit from two bedrooms with king beds. Last, the house and pool area were clean and ready for our arrival with the exception of the kitchen. The dishwasher had dirty dishes from the previous renters and the kitchen floors were not swept or mopped well. I'm sure it was an honest oversight, but felt awkward taking care of someone else's mess on vacation. Overall we had a lovely time and enjoyed this property.

Gorgeous house, a few notes

The house is beautifully decorated and has a great layout for groups of friends. The pool deck is lovely. Everyone has privacy and people can hang out in the main living space without worrying about others trying to sleep. We would definitely stay here again. The chef dinner was delicious and even the leftovers were great, would definitely do that again. A few notes, nothing bad but worth having clarity about - the main house has three large bedrooms, one king, one queen, and one with two doubles. The two casita bedrooms are quite small, hardly bigger than a queen bed, but they are comfortable and each has their own bathroom. We weren't able to get the wifi to work in the casita bedrooms but in the rest of the house it was strong and very reliable. The house is located in the "noria" section of the development, between Secrets hotel and the Ritz hotel, and quite far from the beach club. We thought a car would be optional -- it wasn't, we needed a car. We rented golf carts instead but the golf carts were expensive and it took 10+ minutes to get to the beach club in the golf cart. We used uber to get back and forth to town which was tricky because you can't put the street address in uber, but we did it many times and it all worked out eventually. Overall, a great house and we'd go again. Owner was lovely and both she and the house manager were very responsive.

Incredible in every way!

Vikki was a wonderful host. Communicated meticulously from day one. Claudia the property manager was highly responsive and always looking to please. The property was perfect for our vacation. It is a beautifully designed home, from layout to decor. The layout was nice as all of the rooms had ample space from the other. All rooms have en suite bathrooms, which is a major plus. The kitchen was spacious, the pool and jacuzzi were oh so much fun! We rented golf carts, which I highly recommend as the beach club is not walking distance but is really nice! We didn’t use is as much as we should have. The food and drinks were awesome and reasonable. Everyone had the best time. Everyone said it was one of the best trips we have taken. Oh and hire chef Gustavo! He is awesome!!!!!

A Magical Vacation

This was the perfect place for our family of 11 to vacation! The house was amazing for relaxing, swimming in the pool and spa and cooking in a great kitchen. The beach club was perfect and so close. The owner, house manager and the chef were outstanding. The swim with the dolphins was perfect for the kids! The local restaurants were awesome as well. I highly recomend this beautiful home for your next vacation. We will be back!

The only place to stay in Cabo

My wife and I stayed with our family at this beautiful property located on a golf course over looking the water. The property manager reached out to us a few days before our trip with a list of things to do, restaurant recommendations, and asked if we wanted any groceries for the house. She recommended a chef for the first night for a welcome dinner. It was a wonderful experience and we had delicious leftovers for a few days. All guest rooms felt separated enough where you weren’t on top of one another. The community has a beach club on the ocean that you can access, with full food/drink service that can be added to your rental. You are 10-20 minutes away from every great restaurant in San Jose Del Cabo area. The home felt very safe with security gates at each entry point. I’ve stayed at many rentals but this felt special. I can’t recommend this villa enough. 5 Stars all around.

Nothing short of amazing!

My husband and I stayed with four other couples and had the absolute best time! This house is the perfect atmosphere whether you're looking to just relax or quickly hop over to enjoy downtown San Jose which is filled with great restaurants. House managers helped with whatever questions we had and were quick to respond. We had a chef cook us dinner at the house *twice* because he did such a phenomenal job the first time. Can't recommend this place enough. We will be back!

beautiful cabo

The house manager Claudia met us at our arrival and showed us the basics of the house. She was available throughout our stay and very responsive. The home was beautiful, and the neighborhood quiet. Perfect for families, but wouldn't recommend it for anyone looking for nightlife. This area east of San Jose has many good restaurants including the Art District in San Jose, but it shuts down early. We played golf, went fishing, and dined out all within10 minutes of the house. Also, much more convenient to the airport compared to San Lucas.
