You will be close to all the area attractions like the 1880 Train, Mickelson Bike Trail, Mount Rushmore, Crazy Horse Monument and Custer State Park. Historic Deadwood, Spearfish Canyon and Sturgis are all just a short drive away. The property is located in a gated area that has its own private lake. The area is surrounded on 3 sides by land belonging to the National Forest which provides an ideal location for those enthusiasts wishing to ride ATVs, snowmobiles or go hunting for small and large game. Are you into nature walks? No problem there are several Forest Service roads you can hike. Or you can venture to Black Elk Mountain (Harney Peak) hiking to the Lookout Tower, hike the canyon wall at Hells Canyon or climb to the top of Samelius Mountain. The possibilities or endless.

The Condo is located 11 miles west of Hill City appx 1.2 miles is on a gravel road. The seclusion of the Condo is a great place to start your morning with breakfast on the deck while watching for deer; then finish the day allowing the kids to roam while you unwind where you began your morning. Take a walk around the lake, bring your fishing poles and catch some trout. Bring a book and disconnect from the hustle and bustle.
The 900 sq ft condo has a fully stock kitchen, one bathroom, three seperate sleeping rooms, all with queen beds. In addition, the unit has a full-size Serta futon. SmartTV and WIFI internet are also provided. Bath towels are provided for up to 8 guest.
