We had an incredible few days! The house is very comfortable and extremely well equipped. The only things you need to bring are your toothbrush and the desire to enjoy Naples!

This was our fifth time renting from Mike. The house has consistently been fresh, clean and uncluttered. Move in ready. The pool is lovely. We road the bikes every evening around the quiet safe neighborhood. Beaches are close and beautiful. Mike is a great host and always a text away.

Excellent location-the teens in our party enjoyed the bike access to the beach, and closeness of local stores. The house was perfect for us-plenty of room, good beds, great screened porch, lovely pool, and so clean. We loved our stay!

This house was perfect for our family. Plenty of space for 4 big boys. The kitchen was stocked well which made cooking easy. The pool was wonderful. Highly recommend this house.

Wonderful winter get-away! House was spacious, very clean, well-stocked. Pool was lovely, refreshing and clean. Location was excellent: near Delnor Wiggins Beach, church St John the Evangelist, Corkscrew Swamp - a favorite destination for us!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The home was spotless when we arrived, and it was clear that great care is taken to keep everything clean and comfortable for guests.The host was excellent—very kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. The check-in process was simple, and all instructions were easy to follow.We especially enjoyed the kitchen, which was well stocked with the cookware and utensils we needed to prepare meals. It truly felt like a home away from home.The pool was one of our favorite features. We loved our family stay at this house! The pool was clean and warm, the lounge chairs were ample. The screened in porch was super comfortable and has a great view of the nicely landscaped back yard.The house had lots of extra amenities in the kitchen and baths, as well as pool towels and beach chairs and toys. The porta crib was great.....can't say enough about this house. It made for a great family week with our kids and grand baby.

Mike was very accommodating to our needs and an excellent communicator. His place was very nice and stocked with everything we would possibly need. The location was great! Right down the street from the beach and tons of restaurants and shopping. We will definitely stay with Mike again.

The home was very clean, well maintained, and very well stocked with all home / kitchen supplies as well as beach accessories! Michael was very responsive too! I have rented many homes in SWFL and I highly recommend this home!

We had a great stay over the week of Thanksgiving! House is exactly as pictured and host is very responsive to any questions or requests. The private pool and back yard was used daily by my family of 3. We loved having that beautiful outdoor space all to ourselves! The beach is a short bike ride or you can utilize one of the local golf cart shuttle options (Naples Park Shuttle was our favorite). We would definitely stay again!

Naples Park is one of the best-kept secrets in Southwest Florida — a quiet, walkable neighborhood just minutes from Vanderbilt Beach, Delnor-Wiggins State Park, and the upscale shops and restaurants at Mercato. I chose this location because guests get the best of both worlds: a peaceful residential retreat with the beach, dining, and nightlife all within an easy walk or bike ride.

This is one of the few homes in the area that comfortably sleeps up to 8 adults, making it ideal for multi-family trips or larger groups of friends. Beyond the space, guests love the private heated saltwater pool, the provided bikes for beach rides, and the unbeatable walkability to two beaches, Mercato's shopping and dining, and everything else Naples Park has to offer.
