Beautiful fully renovated home with stunning heated pool, walk to downtown

Imagine spending your vacation in this haven of relaxation. This home is completely renovated and remodeled, with a stunning showpiece heated pool with 4” deep sunshelf at one end. The pool is surrounded by artificial turf and the completely private backyard also has a 3-hole putting green. The lanai, tiki bar, pool and putting green are unscreened so you are truly outside and get to enjoy the entire backyard.

Gather around one of two tables in either the dining room or the lanai, for a wonderful meal that you prepare on the Weber gas grill, or in the fully equipped kitchen with quartz countertops and new stainless steel appliances. The comfortable furniture is all new, and the home has toys, games and books for all age ranges, as well as a DVD player with many movies.

Relax in the outdoor lanai area, next to the pool. Once you step out the sliding doors to the backyard you will not want to go back inside, or leave the property at all for that matter since you will be in your own personal paradise.

If you do manage to tear yourself away, you are a 10-15 minute walk to all that downtown has to offer, which includes numerous outstanding restaurants, bars and shops!

There is a sandy beach a 5-minute drive away, should you need to feel the Florida sand between your toes.

Wonderful Stay

Absolutely beautiful back yard. The pool is just gorgeous. The house is so pretty and comfortable. The location is convenient to so much. It is also a very friendly, safe, quiet neighborhood. Everything you could possibly need is provided. And Ed and Dianna, the owners, are the absolute best. We would 100% stay here again.

Fabulous 5 week stay in Cape Coral!

The property was beyond our expectations. The house and pool were spectacular. The owners thought of every little detail in furnishing the property. All our needs were met and we were totally satisfied with our rental experience! We would not hesitate to rent this property again.

Amazing house

The house was beautiful . Everything you need is available. Dianna is really helpful and available if you have any questions or concerns. The neighborhood is quite and relaxing. The location is great close to alot of things to do. We had an awesome time and did not want to leave this beautiful home.

Wonderful Home

My family very much enjoyed staying at the home. Everything was wonderful from having all sorts of games and extra pool items to having condiments and seasonings available in the kitchen. The outdoor TV was a big plus to hang out by the pool with the kids and watch some sports. The home is beautifuly decorated, nice and open. The owner's we're great with communication and really make you feel welcome in their home.

Great experience, all the extras

We had a great experience and our kids loved it too. We've stayed a number of VRBO properties and this one had all the little things that we've seen left out other places. Everything was clean, worked, and all the supplies like paper towels, soap, and other cleaning supplies were available. The host was extremely helpful and responsive.

A perfect place to stay in Cape Coral

Not only are they the nicest people you will ever meet, they have thought out every little detail. The house is beautiful and stocked with everything you may possibly need. The backyard is an amazing tropical getaway. I would recommend this house to everyone. Dianna and Ed went above and beyond to make our trip perfect! We will definitely be back. Thank you!!!

Place is exactly as described, Dianna & Ed are just a phone call away to answer any question.

The house is perfect & very kid friendly, the area is very quiet & safe. Everything you see on the house description is what you get & much more. The backyard with the pool is a hidden oasis you will enjoy. Plenty of stores & restaurants a short drive away. A a Waffle House a 2 min drive from the house. Would definitely stay at this property again. RRJR.

Perfect Place

This property was perfect for us. We just loved it. The location is close to so many things like restaurants, grocery stores, bakery, coffee shop and so much more. As for the home it had everything you would want or need. The pool was great, the beds were so comfortable, the kitchen had everything and the outdoor area was so nice. The owners, Dee and Ed were the best. They made the rental process so easy and they were so accommodating. Do not hesitate to rent this property. You will love it!

This was by far our best HomeAway experience ever! Great location. Fantastic, super friendly owners who are nearby and so helpful. The house is beautifully renovated and exceptionally clean. As a family of germaphobes ... this home passed with flying colors!!! And the backyard and pool are to die for. All this located in a nice, quiet neighborhood that’s close to everything. Highly recommend renting...we’d return in a heartbeat!!!

Home purposely set up to make you feel at home.

The owners (we met, but perhaps their identity is their to keep) did everything they could think of to make our stay as comfortable as being in our own home. Every detail from welcome gifts to every conceivable spice and kitchen “gadget” is there. When we discovered we needed a peeler, she ran out and got one for us. This is only an example of their total dedication to make this the best of the best experience.

Best hostess ever!

We have stayed at very many VRBO properties with many excellent hosts and hostesses but Dianna tops them all. She truly cares about whether her guests have everything they need and are satisfied with their expectations. She goes above and beyond to see that they do. Her communication is very prompt. The home was very clean, the kitchen well stocked with everything we could need and more, and the master bed was very comfortable (the only one we used). The pool was fantastic and we spent some time in it every day of our 7 day stay. I highly recommend this property if you are ever in the Cape Coral area.

Perfectly wonderful

First off, Dianna is amazing! She made everything easy and made us feel very welcomed. Responsive, informative and willing to assist anywhere she could. We were grateful to have her! We had 2 couples and 3 children (4, 7, and 13) and the house was perfectly sized for us. It was extremely well maintained, beautiful, and spacious. The backyard/pool area was fantastic and where we spent most of our time! Amenities were abundant and the kitchen literally has everything you need. It's centrally located and a short drive to Sanibel and Pine Islands. We couldn't have enjoyed ourselves any more! Highly recommend! Thanks Dianna for letting us stay!!

An amazing getaway!

Wow, our experience for our Florida getaway was amazing. From booking to checkout all communications and expectations were exceeded. Ed and Diane are amazing host who go to the extreme to make sure everything about our stay was over the rop. They were available every single time we had a question and answered every call or text promptly. Now the property: the house and back yard were just gorgeous. The cleanliness and decor were spot on and the back yard was so thought out with the pool, the waterfall, the yard and the putting green. The house and yard were so relaxing and enjoyable we had to tear ourselves away to go to beaches and see other Florida sites. This home is definitely a getaway in itself - one not to pass up. We will be back next year!

Perfect in every way!

We stayed at this little oasis over Christmas with our 4 children. Dianna called before we arrived and asked if she could get a Christmas tree for us so the kids could wake up Christmas morning with presents under a tree. That was just the beginning. They had beverages and fruit for us upon arrival. The place was SPOTLESS! It was plenty of room for the 6 of us. The backyard is beautiful, a little private oasis. Dianna and Ed were there for anything should we have needed anything. There were bikes for all 6 of us, games, books, and tons of floats and rafts for the pool. Honestly the best VRBO we have stayed at yet! We will be back!

Best Family Vacation!

We were impressed with the property as soon as we walked through the door! The house was VERY clean and beautiful. Dianne and Ed have gone above and beyond with this place and it shows. Everything we needed was right there and we never needed to leave the house (only for groceries and liquor)! The pool was gorgeous and very large! There were lots of games for us to play - cornhole, large Jenga, the putting green, etc. Also, while we were there a man came to spray the yard for mosquitos, another man came to do the landscaping and one day the pool guy came to clean the pool. This just shows how much care Dianna and Ed put into this place. Overall everyone had an amazing time and we will definitely be coming back again soon. Thank you Dianna and Ed for such an amazing home!!! ♥

Best house we’ve rented with VRBO

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Dianna's home, finding it to be warm and inviting. The pool area and fenced backyard were our favorite spots, so much so that our kids opted to spend time there instead of visiting the beach. The house was well-equipped with games, books, and activities for the kids to enjoy during rainy periods. Dianna provided everything we needed for our seven-day stay, including an abundance of toiletries and cleaning supplies. I honestly could have just packed clothes for us and we would have everything needed because of her well stocked home. I utilized the grocery delivery service to the house multiple times, which was a seamless experience. The kitchen was better equipped than my own home, and the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable (a high standard, as I am quite particular about these things). Dianna is the best host and checked on us multiple times making sure her we had everything we needed. She suggested several restaurants that we visited and loved. This will be our go to home every time we come to Fort Meyers. Thanks for a great home to stay in while my family was in town.

Already planning to return to this beautiful home!!

This home is absolutely perfectly remodeled with very tasteful and functional decor. The home, yard, and property are impeccable clean and manicured. Lovely neighborhood for walking and very nice neighbors. Easy walk to the grocery if you choose. The only thing a guest needs to get for a comfortable stay here is groceries. Every spice, paper towels, toilet tissue, dish soap....they have it all there! The owners were so easy to work with and are very attentive to the guests needs. We do not generally like to eat out so we cook most of our meals at home. All the cookware and the utensils for cooking meals at home were there to make it so easy, including the grill. Everything about this house was in perfect working order. It was so relaxing to sit out on the back porch with the fountain running in the pool. This location is central to anything you could want to do and easy access to main roads. We will definitely visit this house again. Thank you Ed and Dianna
