The house was clean and comfortable, the management was great. Very beautiful and relaxing place, the sunset was amazing! I would recommend this place 100%! 🌴

Nature at its best

We had an excellent time! Everything was as described and check in/out was easy. We loved being on the nature preserve for the wildlife and sunset views. The stained glass was beautiful. Couldn't have asked for a better house in a prime location.

Wonderful vacation

We enjoyed this property. It was very clean and beautiful. It had most of the stuff we needed. The location was great and we loved the pool and hot tub. I would definitely recommend this home, and hope to be back again someday. Thank you for a great vacation! 🌴☀️🌴

Christmas vaca

Had a wonderful time great being with family. The house was perfect. Although the patio area pool deck could’ve been cleaner there was black mold, growing in between all the pavers.

Thank you. Ssorry about the pool deck. Most likely this was not mold but dirt and needs to be pressure cleaned. This does not make it much better and we apologize for the inconvenience. We pressure clean our homes at least twice a year.

Wonderful property

We had a great time staying at the Tanguera house. Great location and well stocked kitchen. We loved the massage chair in the Master bedroom. The WiFi was spotty and two of the beds were very firm. Obviously every person has a different preference when it comes to the beds softness/firmness, just good to know.

A little bit of paradise!

Very lovely house with creative decor and comfortable furnishings. Kitchen was very well stocked, convenient for cooking, and easy clean up. The pool and hot tub with the canal and mangrove backdrop was just beautiful. Everything was well maintained, lots of lovey potted plants and plenty of patio furnishings. The sunsets were amazing, the perfect time for a cocktail, watch the boats cruise by, fish jumping (and other unidentified water creatures) and an occasional manatee siting! It is a little bit of paradise!

Beautiful Property

This house is exactly as presented and more. It is exceptionally maintained. The location is great. The layout of the house is great. We are a family of 3 adults and the bedrooms were located apart and afforded everyone privacy. The office space was a bonus with my son working on his doctorate and my work expectations---couldn't be more convenient and easy to be away from the main living area! We rented a boat and utilized the dock. Fished from the dock with great success. The mangroves were wonderful for birdwatching. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would rent this property again!

Very Relaxing

House was excellent! This property was very clean and relaxing . It was nice not having people across the channel and watching the fish by the dock was cool. We would definitely stay here again.. Next time hopefully they have fishing poles we can use to fish off the dock.

Peaceful view

Cannot say enough good about this rental. Well equipped, comfortable, quiet. The view on the mangrove is very relaxing and peaceful. We enjoyed the solar heated pool every day. We will definitely try to come back next time we are in Cape Coral. One of the best rentals we ever had!

Tanguera... Beautiful home!

We booked Tanguera in Cape Coral FL with Seabim from 2/5/22 to 2/12/22. The house was beautiful and super clean! Wonderful, quiet location! Very relaxing! Renate stopped by the 1st morning of our stay and we had a nice visit. She gave us tips on what to do and see in the area which was very helpful. The house was exactly as pictured and portrayed. Thank you, Seabim Team, for a wonderful vacation. We will definitely be booking with you again in the future.

Awesome Stay - Christmas 2021

This property is absolutely beautiful, the pictures online are exactly what it looks like. The only thing we would recommend would be a heater for the pool. We were lucky it was warm during our visit, however, the first couple of nights it was chilly, so the pool didn’t warm up very much. If you come during the winter months, don’t plan on swimming much as the pool will be cold.

Quiet Family Getaway

Wonderful property in a quiet neighborhood, close to Beaches. Kids loved the solar heated pool, maintains a great temp late into the evening. We didn't bring a boat, but has a dock on the South Spreader. Would definitely bring the family back again.

Tranquility Base

Nicely located with the mangroves providing a relaxing setting. Just enough boat traffic to keep it entertaining. Spacious house allowed everyone to spread out. Pool provided nice cooling off after seeing the sights.

Excellent stay

Beautiful clean home in a quiet area. We enjoyed most of our time at the house and loved the screened in pool area. The house is well maintained and has all amenities making it easy if you would just like to relax and stay in. This was our first time using VRBO and I’ll definitely stay at a property managed by this company again! Lars made the booking process easy and our guest consultant was awesome, it was Mother’s Day and she stayed with us for an hour or so explaining everything about the property and surrounding area! We’ll definitely be back! Thank you Seabim

A place of rest!

Was very impressed with this property throughout our 2 week stay. Worked first week and comfortable and well lit office. Owner takes great care in this property with cleanliness, order and updated amenities. We relaxed in the pool , the sun, enjoyed the great view, especially sunsets over the mangroves. A reasonable drive to local beaches too. The view west from the lanai was nature (not houses) a great view. A great experience overall- a quiet retreat that was much needed- thanks!

Great family vacation

The house was great. Pool, hot tub, boat dock, sunsets over the mangrove preserve. We had a great time just hanging at the house and also exploring nearby beaches.

Beautiful and clean

This is a beautiful home and very clean .. nice hot tub, kitchen nicely furnished.. back deck the channel, the mangroves make for a pleasant outdoor atmosphere... we loved it
