Luxury Townhome Just Steps to the Pool, The Exclusive Settlers Creek

Settlers Creek is a pristine 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhome located in the sought after Settlers Creek Townhomes. This unit is one of the closest to Minnies Cabin clubhouse with outdoor heated pool, grill, hot tubs, pool table and lounge, just steps from the unit door. This bright and sunny end unit has plentiful windows framing the view of the surrounding pine forest. Tastefully furnished with everything you will need for year round enjoyment. Free resort shuttle.

Settlers Creek has a fabulous kitchen with slab granite counters, stainless steel appliances, gas range, and is fully appointed with all cooking utensils needed to whip up any meal big or small. There is a bar counter with seating for 2, plus an adjacent dining area with seating for an additional people. The kitchen and dining area are open to the living room that has comfortable seating, a HDTV, DVD, and a library of movies, books and boardgames. There is a gas fireplace in the living room to keep it warm and cozy on a winters night. There is a walk out patio off the living area with a private outdoor area and seating.

The master bedroom has a Queen sized bed, HDTV, and DVD player. The en-suite master bathroom has double sinks, a bathtub and shower, and a separate water closet. Down the hall is the second bedroom with Captains bunks (full on bottom, twin on top) plus a full sized trundle bed. There is also a pack n play crib. The second full bathroom is located in the hallway. There is a washer and dryer in the unit as well.

Great for families or groups, this spacious one - level townhome is located at the edge of the White River National Forest. The nearest base area is River Run Village with gondola, chairlifts, ski school, ticket office and ski rentals. The community clubhouse, Minnies Cabin, offers a central gathering place for a family BBQ, sunset cocktails, or post-ski hot tub soak. There is a outdoor heated pool with sun deck, two hot tubs, and indoor lounge with billiards table and a gas grill. Paved hiking and bike trails surround the property, as well as trails leading up to the surrounding peaks and down to the nearby Snake River. Settlers Creek brings the perfect balance of quiet, mountain setting and nearby village nightlife yet is closely connected to the resort with free shuttle service to the ski area and around the resort. Parking for one vehicle. We do not guarantee the pool and hot tub will be open, as these amenities are administered by the Home Owners Association and subject to closure due to maintenance.

Summer Vacation

Our family loves Settlers Creek. This was our second time staying on the property. Canā€™t beat the location. Close to River Run Village and convenient for day trips to Breck and all things around Lake Dillon. Itā€™s always nice to come back to Settlers Creek at the end of the day for swimming and walks/hikes around the community. We will definitely be back.

Amazing condo in Keystone

This property was very nice. The water was nice and hot. No issues with cold water sharing showers between 5 people. Nice gas stove and fireplace. Beds were extremely comfortable. We all slept really good. The shared clubhouse was pretty awesome too. It had a very nice pool table and hot tub that we enjoyed multiple nights. Will definitely try and stay again the next time we're in keystone. Highly recommend.

Comfortable and Clean

We stayed at the property March 2024. The property was comfortable and clean. It is on the bottom level so occasionally we would hear noise from the unit above. The dishes were chipped or old plastic plates. The sofas were old. The beds were okay. We had a 5 minute walk to the bus stop. The bus is no longer coming into the neighborhood. It was great having a washer and dryer. I had assumed with the picture that we had a garage. The garage was for the unit above.

Cozy stay near Keystone Ski Resort

The condo was the perfect place to stay near Keystone Ski Resort. It was a 5 minute drive from the driveway to the resort parking lot, and about 15 minutes from Dillon. There was also a shuttle steps away from the condo that made it easy for our group to split up throughout the day and return home whenever we needed to. Settler's Creek has shared amenities of a heated outdoor pool, two outdoor hot tubs, and an inside pool table. The only negative was that the pool and hot tubs closed very early (9pm) and it was difficult to find a time when the pool table wasn't already in use. The condo itself was very clean and we enjoyed sitting by the fireplace or playing games at the dining table. The kitchen was well-stocked with appliances and kitchen tools. We felt very comfortable and safe the whole time. The hosts were very accommodating and communicative. 10/10 would recommend!

Enjoyable Stay, But With Issues.

Enjoyed our stay at the property, but there are issues that owners should address:1) The exterior picture shown in listing is not their unit. We chose the unit because the picture shows a two-story unit with an attached garage that we could safely store our ebikes. However, that's the next doors neighbor's unit shown in the picture. The unit we received is tucked around the side and not shown. It has no garage and the unit is on the bottom floor. The neighbor is next door and above.2) We only had hot water on the first morning of a three-night stay. I notified the management company, and they came over immediately. However, they did not fix the issue. Water temperature was tepid at best. The owner needs a new hot-water heater.3) Furniture is worn and chipped. The green couch in the living room needs to be replaced. There is no cushion left when you sit on it; you sink into the frame of the fold-out bed. The master bedroom mattress is very hard which made for a difficult night's sleep, and our bodies ached each morning.4) The picture in the listing shows two outdoor chairs on the patio. However, there were none when we arrived, nor were they stored in the exterior closet. The management company graciously offered to bring some over if we wanted.5) There is a noisy pump running 24/7 outside the master bedroom window. We wanted to allow the cool night air into the bedroom (no AC), but the pump was so noisy we had to keep the window closed.

What a gem!

This spacious, clean and comfortable unit just east of Keystone was perfect for our family. The layout is extremely efficient, with a large living room, kitchen and bedrooms. The complex was beautiful and tucked into the mountain with a really nice pool and activity center. Donā€™t miss the hike up Independence Mountain that runs from the south driveway by the pool (we went up 2,200 feet to some mining ruins but there was another 1,000 feet to the summit). Anyway, great unit and we would definitely stay there again!

Wonderful week getaway for our family!

We could not of been happier with the our one week stay. The place was very clean, beds were comfortable, and kitchen/living room/dinning room area was the perfect size a family ski trip. The park spot is close to the front door which is great for loading and unloading ski equipment. Also, being located directly across the parking lot from the pool/hot tub to get the last bit of energy out of our kids before bedtime was wonderful. While being that close to the pool, it was still very quite as we could not hear a thing from the pool area while we were indoors. We really look forward to coming back and hope it is available for our next trip to Keystone! Thanks again

Christmas Stay 2021

Location is excellent. Ease of access to the hot tub/ pool and rec center is great. Also the Orange route to Keysotne picks up at the rec center making transit to Keystone super easy for us and our kids (pick ups per hour). Kids bedroom with trundle comfortably sleeps 3. Fireplace and TVā€™s and internet all good: Overall very good rental.

Multiple broken items

The area of the property was excellent. The property was very nice and clean. The issue came down to communication by the property manager and many broken items that were quite serious. We stayed at this property for 10 days and everything on this list that was broken was never resolved. We arrived and the fireplace was broken and never worked (was an actual heat source for the property). Additionally, the fireplace had large leaks to the outside that created significant cold airflow into the house. We actually had to stack blankets and pills in front of it to try and limit cold air in the house. The baseboard heaters just could not keep up with the heating of the house. The property manager delivered us a small floor heater to try and help with heating the place. We utilized that in conjunction with using the stove as a heat source too. We communicated both of these issues on day 1 and they were never able to get a professional to the unit to ever resolve. The final issue is we tried to utilize the pullout bed in the living room (our kids got sick and tried to separate them). The bed springs where completely broke and you would fall through the bed if you tried to utilize it, it was completely unusable. The property manager eventually came to the unit on day 7 or 8 to inspect what we had been communicating to him. While onsite he even mentioned that they knew the fireplace was broken before we arrived and was amazed to see how much cold air was coming through the unit. I am not sure about their inspection process but this unit should never be allowed to be rented with these issues. I was very disappointed with the communication and assistance that was provided by the property manager. Unfortunately, we will never rent from this property again as these are critical issues when you are staying in weather that is -5 degrees.

Beautiful and Relaxing with so much to see and do.

This property was exactly what we hoped for. One of the cleanest rental properties weā€™ve stayed at. It was comfortable and had almost everything one would need. There was so much to do around the area for the outdoorsy and adventurous. Also had access to the pool and hot tub which was a plus after a day of biking or hiking. Only had a few small issues that could easily be fixed. The master bedroom sheets were too small for the deep comfy mattress-kept popping off at night while sleeping, and if you leave a window open expect the sprinkler to wake you up around 1:30 am . Also could use a cookie sheet to add to the well stocked kitchen. Simple fixes but absolutely loved this condo/area! We will be back.

Great Keystone Ski Location!

Thanks for sharing your home. It was a perfect location for our family skin vacation. Hot Tub and Pool were just steps away for relaxing after skiing or snow shoeing. Shuttle bus stop just outside the door made getting to and from the slopes easy (great to come back for lunch). Also could walk to the base area too! One suggestion, please include Cookie sheets for the kitchen (My wife and kids love baking cookies on ski trips)! Would definetly stay here again!

Beautiful location

We enjoyed our stay! The unit is right across from Minnie's Cabin and the pool, which the kids enjoyed. The unit is well appointed and quiet. If you're needing to use the free shuttle to get to ski areas or conferences, the shuttle picks up across the street as well. Beautiful, clean unit with comfy beds and nice furniture. There is a good supply of board games. We would definitely return!
