Settlers Creek has a fabulous kitchen with slab granite counters, stainless steel appliances, gas range, and is fully appointed with all cooking utensils needed to whip up any meal big or small. There is a bar counter with seating for 2, plus an adjacent dining area with seating for an additional people. The kitchen and dining area are open to the living room that has comfortable seating, a HDTV, DVD, and a library of movies, books and boardgames. There is a gas fireplace in the living room to keep it warm and cozy on a winters night. There is a walk out patio off the living area with a private outdoor area and seating.

The master bedroom has a Queen sized bed, HDTV, and DVD player. The en-suite master bathroom has double sinks, a bathtub and shower, and a separate water closet. Down the hall is the second bedroom with Captains bunks (full on bottom, twin on top) plus a full sized trundle bed. There is also a pack n play crib. The second full bathroom is located in the hallway. There is a washer and dryer in the unit as well.

The nearest base area is River Run Village with gondola, chairlifts, ski school, ticket office and ski rentals. The community clubhouse, Minnies Cabin, offers a central gathering place for a family BBQ, sunset cocktails, or post-ski hot tub soak. There is a outdoor heated pool with sun deck, two hot tubs, and indoor lounge with billiards table and a gas grill. Paved hiking and bike trails surround the property, as well as trails leading up to the surrounding peaks and down to the nearby Snake River.
