Affordable Luxury in the Mountains

Relax in your mountain retreat. Breathtaking views and just steps from Keystone's impressive slopes. This spacious (1600 sq ft) unit provides an idyllic setting perfect for any occasion. Whether you enjoy the spectacular outdoor playground right outside your doorstep or just want to relax far beyond the city grind, come take advantage of this cozy paradise.

Our professionally decorated condo features two luxurious living spaces. Each level has a wood burning fireplace, queen size bed, sleeper sofa, jetted tub and entertainment center. The lower bedroom also includes a day bed (2 twin beds). The kitchen comes fully equipped so if the urge to cook arises, you can whip up a feast in no time. Laura Ashley linens provided. Sorry no pets.

The Condo features an indoor heated pool, hot tub and workout room. And don't worry about inclement weather, the underground heated parking lot provides shelter for you and your car. The unit also has a ski locker so you don't have to lug around any equipment.

Activities abound at Keystone. Hiking, running, mountain biking, fishing, hunting, championship golf and rafting can make every day an unforgettable adventure. And don't forget the winter sports, after a long day skiing, both daytime and nighttime, boarding, snowmobiling and cross country skiing just sit back and enjoy the company of good friends and a toasty wood burning fireplace. Just imagine...

Good location

Overall it was a good stay. The layout and location of the property was great. The pool/hot tub area was not very clean and the kitchen did not have some basics like a pizza cutter and other utensils. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great stay close to the slopes!

This unit is perfect for snowboarders and skiers. Even though you have a shuttle that passes by the complex, it's faster to walk to Mountain House (approx 8 minutes). Being from Denver myself, It's a great place to stay when looking to get out of town!

Perfect for our two families

This property was perfect for our two families. Short walk to Mountain House base arra where we kept our walking boots and snacks in a locker. Getting to condo in building was a little puzzle, but not bad once you get it down. Great location and good accommodations.

Huge and clean apartment close to the ski lift

I would rent it again and I would recommend even for large groups. Only part what was not so great is that the kitchen should be better equipped, but this did not ruin the whole experience.

Nice location

Enjoyed staying here as it was roomy and great location. Stairs could be a challenge for some but we embraced as another calorie killer. Views were excellent and able to be on Peru chair in no time.

Great condo!

Great condo. Nice large space, well equipped kitchen, pretty view and convenient location all at a great price. We will be back! Enjoyed the pool and hot tub in the evenings and appreciated both of the living spaces for spreading out/privacy.

Great Condo - Walking Distance to Mountain House lift

We had a wonderful time at this Liftside condo. The unit was very clean and spacious enough for the four of us to fit comfortably. The owner, Russ, was great to work with and very responsive to all of our emails and requests. The views are incredible and the walk to the lift is quick. I highly recommend this rental!

Great Property

We rented this property for our winter ski vacation and it was great for us. It's very spacious two story condo that has everything to make your stay great. Honestly it has the potential to host 10 adults without feeling cramped. Located very close to Peru lift and the walk is no more than 5 min, has a convenient ski locker in the garage. The owner is very responsive and he'll get back to you immediately if you need any help or anything to make your stay great. We are definitely going back.

Great location, spacious condo

We loved staying at Russ' place - location is super close to the Peru ski lift (5-7 min walk) and the condo itself is very spacious with two separate bedrooms/living rooms on each floor. Communication with Russ was great - prompt in replying and attending to all of our questions. Kitchen is nicely stocked with non-perishable goods and there was plenty of towels, toilet paper, paper towels etc. We loved the place and plan to be back next ski season !

A nice place!

My buddy and I came to Keystone for a big bike ride. Russ's place worked out perfect for us; like getting 2 places for the price of 1. There is separate living space upstairs and downstairs. It is very spacious with great views of the ski area and a peek view of the river (you can hear the river from the deck). The condo was clean, comfortable, conveniently located and nicely furnished. The owner, Russ, was responsive and a pleasure to work with. A great place and a great value.

The condo is just about perfect. The location is great; close to so many activities. The pool is really nice as well as the hot tub. So much space even for a family of four. It is well taken care of and in terrific shape. The balcony was so nice in the morning to sit out in the cool, fresh air and take in the mountain view. Also, the owners were very nice and good with communication. Really couldn't ask for anything more, especially for the price. Thanks Russ!

Spacious enough for two families

The condo was very spacious and allowed the families and kids enough room for an extended time together. The views of the slopes are great, as you can see from the pictures. The walk is not much farther than the walk from the paid parking lots at Keystone. The pool was fun for the kids and the hot tub was hot! I would definitely recommend staying at this condo. The staircases in the building are a bit odd, follow the owners instructions to get to the condo or you will get lost!

Walking distance to Peru Express

Property is spacious with plenty of room for 10 guests. The living room is well equipped to entertain and comfortable. The balcony looks onto the mountain and provided a sunny location for lunch. The kitchen has the essentials. Could use addition frying pans. Access to the condo is tenuous as the elevator does not exit at the appropriate floor requiring climbing one flight to the entrance. Overall a good value.

¡Magnifico!

This place was a perfect fit for the needs of my family while I attended a conference in Keystone. It was comfortable, clean, and well equipped. We made use of the bikes one afternoon along with a couple of rentals, which was a highlight for the family since our daughter learned how to ride for the first time. Russ and Laurie were super professional and prompt in all their interactions with us, and returned the security deposit by mail promptly after our departure. If we visit Keystone again, we will seek the same accommodations!

Our multi generational group members we’re all very pleased with our accommodations and our host Russ. Communication with Russ was always quick and accurate. Because we had excellent written directions, we had no need to contact Russ during our stay. The condo was very clean and well equipped. It’s literally about a six minute walk to the Mountain in House Bass Lodge and ski rental. Bus access is excellent. I really can’t overstate how important being close to the lift is for a group. I hope to stay here in the future we were all very pleased. Thank you, Russ!

Lots of space for our family of 5

We literally booked this condo for 5 nights as we boarded the flight to DEN. Russ is a great guy to work with, great communications and had the "locals" suggestions for ski gear deals in Frisco. Good enough location that even our 8, 10, and 12 year olds could walk to the Peru lifts in ski boots, less than 10 minutes. (Little free gear wagons everywhere help). Understated in the photos and description is the amount of space in this condo, and a garage below helped. Friends rented at higher rates over in River Run and it was tiny by comparison. The pool and jacuzzi were nice and we had them all to ourselves all week. The shuttle system is easy for the entire area, but with the best restaurants within a snowball toss, (101 Pizza and Dos Amigos) we hardly used it. Local hotspot The Goat is right next door. The other Keystone Properties "kids ski for free" deal has to be compared correctly by realizing that it jacks up those property rates and ski schools give a large discount for lift tickets. Even with our crew, this place was a deal! The mountainside lifts are way less crowded in the morning surge than River Run. And Russ even mailed home some wayward gloves and clothes left in a drawer....extremely thoughtful. Definitely will be coming back here.

My wife and I bought our Liftside unit about three years ago. It has provided a wonderful respite from our day-to-day lives. My wife, Laurie, is a university professor. Her expertise is in child development, concentrating on providing services for children with autism. I am a retired military officer and presently work as a realtor in the Greater Denver area. During the summer, we donate the unit to families who face end of life decisions and want one last opportunity to have that special time together.

Por que o anfitrião escolheu essa propriedade

Keystone provides excellent skiing during the winter. The resort caters to families which makes it an ideal stay. The unit is so close to the slopes that our son even doesn't mind carrying his own skiis. The unit itself is very comfortable. We call it the 'fluffy house'. Its a great opportunity to get away from the everyday grind and just relax. We go up every chance we get!

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

We've never had a disappointed renter in our ten plus years managing the property. I like to be up front about Keystone, the condo and the area in general. The unit is spacious so you won't be packed in like sardines as in most rentals. The two floors allow that separation for couples or children from adults when you need it.

The condo has all the charm and comfort of a mountain retreat. The view of the slopes is breath-taking. Its so nice to kick back after along day on the slopes and watch the skiers race down the mountain. We have all the conveniences at our condo so you don't need to bring anything except food and drink. And lastly, the unit is very competitively price so you get excellent value for your money.
