This cozy, yet spacious, Sunriver Vacation Rental home is perfect for a family getaway. Your group of up to 10 will be comfortably accommodated with 3 bedrooms, a den/bonus room, reading loft, and 3 full bathrooms.

Entertaining everyone will be easy - 39 Yellow Pine has 5 big screens, LED TVs, each with their own Blu-Ray player, there is an X-box, private hot tub, and bikes! Large windows let that gorgeous Sunriver light pour into the vaulted main living area where you can set the ambiance with the gas fireplace or settle in to watch the big game.

The adjacent kitchen and dining area are generously stocked with everything you will need to host meals. An ensuite bedroom on the main floor has a King bed, TV and patio doors opening to the back deck. The attached bathroom features a tiled walk-in shower. Down the hallway, you will find the large den/bonus room with a big screen TV, Queen size sofa sleeper and a set of bunk beds - great for the kids! The downstairs shared bathroom has a tiled walk-in shower and stacked washer/dryer for your convenience. The large, wrap-around back deck is fully enclosed, providing a wonderful feeling of seclusion. Prepare a BBQ lunch on the gas grill, or take a soak in the private hot tub.

Head upstairs to find 2 additional bedrooms, each with a Queen bed and TV, a well-lit loft with a reading nook, and a large, shared bathroom.  A second deck on this upper level is a great place to enjoy the peaceful setting with a warm cup of coffee in the morning!

39 Yellow Pine is centrally located within Sunriver. Take a short walk or bike ride to the scenic Cardinal Landing footbridge over the Deschutes River on one of the 5 adult bikes waiting for you in the garage. Fun at Fort Rock Park, acres of green fairways at the 2 award-winning Sunriver golf courses, horseback riding, and lazy summertime floats along the river are all accessible within a few miles of this Sunriver vacation rental. Looking for wintertime fun? Try snowshoeing on the nearby 7th fairway of the Woodlands Golf Course or head up to Mt. Bachelor, a mere 20 miles from your front door.

Stayed here with my dogs over New Year’s. There was so much room the pictures don’t do it justice. Very happy with how much space there was in the entire house, has everything you need as far as extra blankets pillows, tons of kitchen plates, bowls, and cups

The home we stayed in was very nice and had all the amenities we needed during our vacation. The fenced in deck was much appreciated for our furry family members. Won’t mind coming back here again!

Great size

We enjoyed our stay, it’s very spacious and perfect for our group of 8. There was a few things that could be updated/fixed like the kitchen sink. One side clogged easily,there’s a window that is broken in the bunk bed room. But we were able to enjoy our stay even with these minor issues. Thank you

The property had adequate room, but was very dated. The kitchen was well stocked, however no coffee was provided so bring your coffee or Keurig. The large bonus room was great however both hideaway beds were damaged or broken. The tv in one of the upstairs bedrooms did not work. The bathrooms were nice, but would have been nice to have bodywash, shampoo and conditioner. Overall the property was good for a short stay but was pretty dated and the layout was a little strange.

Excellent accommodations

Five adults stayed 5days/4nights and we all felt comfortable and happy. Bennington Properties were wonderful to work with. Our Sunriver vacation was a great success.

Good stay in a good house

My husband and I have been coming to Sunriver since we were teenagers with our own families. Some things about Sunriver have stayed the same or been improved. Unfortunately, other things have changed: rental prices are very high relative to the quality of the properties, and SR is charging more for amenities while completely eliminating others. The house itself was fine. It was relatively clean, but like many of the houses in SR, it really hasn’t been updated. The AC was great until it stopped working, but the property manager was able to get someone out to fix it the following morning. The beds were comfortable enough, however, there was pet hair covering the comforter and shams of the primary bedroom, therefore the clean sheets had pet hair in them when we went to bed. Overall we had a good stay, but for the prices, I’m not sure we’ll be back anytime soon.

We had a great stay - property is very well maintained and in a great location. It could benefit from a quick deep through of battery checks as we had remotes not functioning and had a smoke alarm that was beeping regularly

Clean and cute but I'm not excited to return

The house is cute and clean, and the communication from the property management people was seamless and convenient. We enjoyed the hot tub (which was nice and hot when we got there), the bikes, and the board games. Food basics in the kitchen were minimal but we made it work. TVs in every room. Biggest disappointment: The upstairs beds had plastic mattress liners and semi-synthetic sheets that were totally loose, so all night you just feel sweaty and like you're sliding around on plastic. The blankets are gross, old, polyester ones that go over a sheet (like from old motels). Also, This house does not come with any SHARK passes. Kitchen is really dark. In general, house could use some updating. It is not cool that check in is at 6pm and check out is at 10am -- that is less time in a house than any other we've stayed at in Sunriver. Website says that you can request a later checkout if you contact them 24 hours before the checkout, which we did, but our request to stay until 11 was not granted. Overall, the house is fine and we had a good time, but I was expecting better for the price.

Very nice and spacious home.

There was plenty of room for the 7 adults to spread out when we wanted to. Only inconvenience was letting the dogs out to potty. Only space was front yard and a side space accessed by the deck gate

BIG HOUSE

This is a large house with lots of room for family or friends. The TV room and hot tub were bonuses. The only concern we had was the heating systems. It took several days for the house to become comfortable during the cold weather as the thermal system took a long time to heat up the floors and the forced air system was too small for the house. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything a person would need...just bring your groceries. All in all, an excellent place to stay.

Sunriver Break

Our property had a great location and layout. Very comfortable! My only complaint was the back deck being enclosed made it very closed in and not welcoming or conducive to using the outdoor space of the home. Highly recommend lowering or getting rid at least a part of that back deck fence to let guests enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Otherwise I would rate the place a knock out
