This beautifully decorate vacation rental home is the perfect landing place for your next stay in Sunriver.

Upon entering the home you'll notice the lodge-style accents, floor-to-ceiling fireplace and cozy furnishing in the open concept living space. Chill out in the living room and watch your favorite movie, or put your cooking skills to the test in the fully equipped kitchen with your family nearby in the adjacent dining room. Need to relax even more, head out to the deck and soak under the stars in your own private hot tub. This home has you covered.

When it's time to retire for the evening, there are 4 bedrooms to choose from. Bedroom 1 has a king bed and an attached private bathroom, plus access to the hot tub. Bedrooms 2 and 3 both have queen beds and bedroom 4 includes two sets of bunks.

Home owners have added Ping Pong and Foosball tables for some great family game night fun! Many upgrades in the home and lots of common area off the back deck. Very near rail road tracks so occasional freight trains passing can be delightful to watch!

Take a bike ride anywhere in Sunriver on one of the 5 adult bikes provided with this vacation rental house.

This home welcomes dogs, 2 max, no other pets are allowed. Fees apply.

**This home, along with most Sunriver homes, is not air conditioned. With our cool mountain evenings and ice cold rivers and lakes to keep you cool, this is a great house for a slow paced, ice cream and iced beer kinda summer.

AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 23 years or older to rent Bennington homes and the person reserving must occupy the home the whole reservation.
