Welcome to our Sunriver home, affectionately known as "Rokka's Retreat" after our Siberian Husky named Rokka (pronounced row-kuh). Located on the north end of Sunriver, this property enjoys a peaceful atmosphere while still only being a short drive to all of the Sunriver amenities.

Recent upgrades include:
1) New upper and lower deck
2) New large cherry dining table w/ chairs
3) New sectional couch
4) HULU ad-free access for all guests
5) Many other general home amenity replacements or upgrades

The home has 4 bedrooms and comfy couches (for overflow sleeping), so many adult-children family combinations are possible. This is a Smart Home with an electronic front entry lock that will enable you to check in as soon as the space is available on the day of your arrival. There is also a high-efficiency heat pump unit that provides heating in the cold winter months and air conditioning during the hot central Oregon summers!

MASTER BEDROOM
Upstairs, there is a master king bedroom with en suite bathroom, dresser, shelves, and a large walk-in closet.

QUEEN BEDROOMS
Downstairs, there are two queen bedrooms with a Jack-and-Jill bathroom in between. Each bedroom has a full closet with shelves and nightstand lights with USB chargers.

LARGE DOUBLE BEDROOM
Also downstairs, there is a large bedroom with two double beds, closet, dresser, shelves, and a 30" TV.

BATHROOMS
- Full en-suite in master bedroom with jetted jacuzzi tub and separate shower (upstairs)
- Half bathroom (upstairs)
- Jack-and-Jill bathroom with tub and shower (downstairs)

KITCHEN/DINING/LIVING AREA
The open plan layout upstairs is perfect for entertaining and relaxing. The updated kitchen comes with high-end Kitchen Aid appliances, including an induction cooktop. The dining and breakfast tables can easily accommodate 10 people, and glass doors open up to a wrap-around, upper-level deck with BBQ and outdoor seating. The living area has a sofa with recliner seats, loveseat, 50” smart HDTV with free access to Netflix and HULU ad-free, and a PlayStation 4.

SHARC
For a variety of reasons, we do not offer SHARC passes as part of our amenities. Instead, our offering is for a quiet place on the north end of Sunriver away from the crowds and accompanying noise and craziness that Sunriver can have at times.

DOGS
Well-behaved dogs are welcomed (x2 max). There is a flat $50 fee for any length of stay. Please notify us of exact number of dogs. $100/dog fee will apply for dogs not registered . There are a few simple rules: 1) dogs are not permitted on the bedding or furniture; 2) no dogs in the kitchen; 3) no pee pads or bathroom use in the house - all dogs must relieve themselves outdoors and you must clean up after; and 4) dogs must never be left at home alone unless they are crated/kenneled.

BOATS & TRAILERS
Sunriver has strict rules about boats and trailers being parked in driveways. If you are planning to bring either to Sunriver, please contact me ASAP to discuss.
