Paddleboarding, Jet skiing, boating and more are available to rent in nearby Marina Park and The Harbor Village.

Day and overnight trips leave every day from the Ventura Harbor to Channel Islands National Park. Visit www.nps.gov.

The city of Ventura has closed downtown Main Street to car traffic. Enjoy the mile walk visiting shops, breweries and restaurants from morning until night.

My family had the best vacation here! We were looking for a place to rest and restore and this beautiful home gave us what we needed. The home has everything, next time I will pack less. My toddler was excited to find toys in a closet, my mother was thrilled to find a Moka pot, my husband was excited for the board games and books. I was over joyed that absolutely everything we would need for this beach was available. You will find a cozy home with breathtaking views that will allow your family to relax. Not only do they provide restaurant suggestions, but a Vons and Target are nearby too. Thank you for a fabulous time! We will be back again and again

This place is Amazing

Great Views, Great Location, Amazing house. The Owner maintains constant communication via text messages and availble to help 24/7. The beds were great. This place is an amazing location and setup for family get togethers or romantic get aways. 5* through out the whole trip.

Perfection by the sea

There is nothing better than waking up to a beautiful ocean view and the sound of the sea to create the perfect vacation. The "C" house offers exactly that!! This fantastic home has spectacular unobstructed views and is right on the sand great for sunbathing or sunset stroll. The fire pit(s) is a great way to spend the evening after the sun goes down. Everything you need is provided. The house manager is hands down the most attentive, informative, and accommodating manager I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. She is available to help at any moment and is a delight to work with! We had a magical experience and can't wait to rent the "C" house in the future!!

Dreamy Thanksgiving

Wonderful location with powerful panoramic of the ocean from upstairs rooms. Traveling with grown up kids the room layout was really convenient with the master bedroom upstairs so those who wake up at 5 am don’t disturb those who sleep until 10 am. We were there for Thanksgiving and the kitchen was very well equipped to cater for a complex meal.

There's only one bad part about this place: you won't want to leave. In fact you'll think about uprooting your whole life and moving to ventura. That's how amazing it is.

Perfect Beach Getaway!

Beautiful beach house right on the beach with unobstructed views of the ocean - water just a few feet away from the house. Great walking beach - daughter surfed right in front of the house. Fun area - restaurants within walking distance. House was perfect for a family of 4 - very well equipped with everything one would need. Will return!

Amazing Pierpont Property.

Property was just as billed. My family and I have been staying in Ventura and Oxnard at the beach that last few years and the Chateau was our favorite. The view from upstairs is unbelievable. The house and amenities are all in great shape. Beach access is unbeatable. We plan to return next year.

Our family has always loved the water. We have been fortunate to travel to many places where we enjoyed the waters of the world. Ventura was the perfect place for us to explore being able to stay weekends and summers. Often our family would dive and snorkel the Channel Islands, an untouched natural wonder. Close by is Santa Barbara offering superb underwater diving different from Ventura. Surfing, boogie boarding, boating, and deep sea fishing are pleasures you will truly enjoy while visiting Ventura. Our hope is you and yours will love the area as much as we do!

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Chateau "C" by the Sea has come full circle. It was time to update the Grand Chateau. The entire house has been totally remodeled from ceiling to floors. You will notice walking up to the front door all the personal touches from the large "C" on the door to the larger "C" on the oceanfront side of the house.

We have personally designed the stained glass windows throughout the home. View the windows at different times throughout the day to see the changing colors of the fish and birds. We have added large portholes where you can look at the ocean as if you are on a ship. You will love the comfort and space of the home allowing a flow that is geared towards relaxation.
