Villa Le Beringhe is immersed in the Val d'Elsa countryside, a short distance from the medieval villages of Casole d'Elsa, Colle Val d'Elsa and San Gimignano. The result of a careful renovation that has preserved the authentic charm of Tuscan rural buildings, the villa combines rusticity and contemporary elegance, offering a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The property is ideal for group stays, family reunions, events and ceremonies, hosting up to 30 people in independent units that guarantee privacy and comfort, with large indoor and outdoor common areas and a well-kept park surrounding the villa. Within the historic agricultural estate where it is located, local wines are produced starting from the pure Malvasia, Trebbiano and Sangiovese grape varieties, as well as extra virgin olive oil, cheeses and cold cuts, available for tasting and purchase. Immersed in a natural environment of great beauty, among hills, woods and vineyards, Villa Le Beringhe is the perfect base for exploring Tuscany, from art cities such as Florence, Siena and Volterra, to the villages and lands of Chianti, rich in food and wine traditions and breathtaking landscapes.

Interiors:
The villa consists of a central unit, in which the common areas are located, and seven units (four on the ground floor and three on the first floor), all with independent access and not connected internally, for a total area of about 900 square meters. COMMON UNIT — Entrance into the living room with dining table and bar area; professional kitchen; living room; two service bathrooms. Unit 1 — Living room; a double bedroom; a twin bedroom with joinable beds; two bathrooms with shower. Unit 2 - Living room; a double bedroom; a twin bedroom with joinable beds; two bathrooms with shower. Unit 3 — Living room; a double bedroom; a bathroom with shower. Unit 4 - Living room; a double bedroom; a bathroom with shower. Unit 5 — Living room with kitchenette; two double bedrooms; a twin bedroom with joinable beds; a bathroom with shower; a bathroom with tub. Unit 6 - Living room with kitchenette; two double bedrooms; a twin bedroom with joinable beds; a bathroom with shower; a bathroom with bathtub. Unit 7 — Living room; kitchen; two double bedrooms; a twin bedroom; a bathroom with shower; a bathroom with tub and shower. The laundry room is located in an external annex near the pool area. Park:
The park covers about 10,000 square meters and completely surrounds the villa, forming part of the vast agricultural estate among olive groves, vineyards and cultivated fields. Access to the property is through an elegant gate, while the large parking area at the back can accommodate up to 25 cars. The well-kept garden is animated by shady vegetation, olive and cypress trees, with equipped living areas at the exit of the units on the ground floor. A large terrace with seats and tables previews the solarium area, where the equipped pool is located. The courtyard in front of the main entrance, shaded by umbrellas, houses an outdoor dining area, while at the back of the villa there is a dedicated area with barbecue and wood oven and a table tennis table.
N.B.: Please note that the photo shoots are usually carried out in spring, so the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns and parks may be different when you enter the villa.
Pool:
The pool, located in an area in front of the main facade of the villa, can be reached in a few steps through the garden or down a short flight of stairs. Rectangular shape with Roman staircase; dimensions 7 x 15 m and depth between 1.20 and 1.50 meters. Internal PVC coating; indoor and outdoor lighting; cold water shower; salt purification system. Solarium area of about 300 square meters on which are distributed sun loungers, armchairs, umbrellas and tables. Bathroom with shower in the adjoining annex. Opening: from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
