Entire Tuscan farmhouse with a private pool between Siena and Florence

We want to explain about WiFi and TV: 1) WiFi worked very well before of your stay when we stayed at the property with all the family and also after your departure so we think there was a misunderstanding. The house has Starlink (last generation WiFi) and during your stay there was an issue one night with Starlink but it was a global general issue that we thought it was solved, in fact also the actual guests of the villa they are super ok with the WiFi as usual. If for example 10 people all at the same time they make big download or similar, the connection could become a bit slowler, but in general the WiFi works properly and fast. 2) About the Tv. The Satellite is not able to reach the area where the villa is located. However when Roberto came to the villa to assist you, he explained about its use and it worked. We understand that the use of a TV is never so intuitive, this is the reason why we have furnished the villa with a Smart TV where guests can see not only Italian TV but also some channels like BBC or connect the TV with their personal Subscription Video on Demand Channels.
