Villa Lionella Grande is a splendid three-story villa surrounded by meadows and by green hills. It sleeps 24 people. From Villa Lionella Grande you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the Senesi hills and of the greenery. Villa Lionella Grande is 650 square meters (7000 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 3.5 km (2.2 miles) from Poggibonsi, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant at 1.5 km (roughly 1 mile).
You will reach Villa Lionella Grande from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Villa Lionella Grande, you will need a car (or you may consider using private drivers). You will be able to park your car free of charge inside the entrance gate.

Villa Lionella Grande is made up by 3 adjacent buildings, with separate access and not connected internally: the main building (first built in the XV century) was originally the foundations of a mediaeval tower, the second building with its classical Tuscan style and the annex. 


As guests of Villa Lionella Grande you will be able to have, on request and for a fee, chef service, yoga trainer, massages and possibility to rent bikes.
Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 8 meters (26 feet) large by 16 meters (52 feet) long, from 70 centimeters (2.3 feet) to 1.4 meters (4.6 feet) deep. The area is equipped with tables, chairs, sun loungers, a gazebo and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy an enchanting view of the Senesi hills. The pool is open from mid-May until the end of September.

Garden
The garden is 6000 square meters (65000 square feet). It is partly shaded by an elegant awning and by tall trees. It is equipped with tables, chairs and a gazebo. Here you will also find a barbecue and a wood-fired pizza oven. From the garden you will enjoy a spectacular view of the Senesi hills and of the greenery.

From the living room you will be able to enter the garden through a French door. The room also has a window with a view of the garden. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Dining Room 1
The furnishings of the first dining room are classic and welcoming. The dining table can accommodate 24 guests. There is an elegant fireplace. From the dining room you will be able to enter the garden through a French door. The room also has a high window, and is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

The furnishings of the second dining room are warm and welcoming. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. From the dining room you will be able to enter the alleyway at the rear of the house through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen 1
You will be able to enter the first kitchen from the dining room. It is professional-grade, equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a large refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. The kitchen has a window, and is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
