Our home is a characterful and generously sized period home set right on North Street in the heart of Winchcombe, one of the Cotswolds’ most picturesque market towns. The house combines historic charm with plenty of space to relax, making it ideal for families, friends or longer countryside escapes!
As you enter the home you will be welcomed into the comfortable living room perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. There’s room for everyone to spread out, whether that’s curling up with a book, watching a film, or enjoying a cosy evening together by the fireplace.
Through to the back of the home you will enter the stunning separate dining area, with French doors leading to the garden and a stunning skylight, this is the ideal space to reconnect with friends and family over a shared meal (and maybe a glass of wine or two!). We then have a fantastic kitchen, with everything you need to cook up a storm.
Upstairs, the house offers four inviting bedrooms arranged across the first and second floors. Two double bedrooms are on the first floor along with a bathroom, while the top floor has two further bedrooms with another double bed and a twin room , offering the perfect space for groups who want space and privacy, with comfortable sleeping arrangements.
Step outside and you’re immediately immersed in Winchcombe’s timeless appeal. The town is known for its beautiful architecture, independent shops, traditional pubs and welcoming cafés, all just a short stroll from the front door.
Winchcombe is also a gateway to some of the best walking in the Cotswolds, sitting directly on the Cotswold Way, with rolling hills, historic footpaths and stunning views in every direction.
Please note: parking is available for £1 a day at Back Lane Car park, just a 5-minute walk away!
**Important: To help protect our homes and guests, we may require the lead guest named on the booking to complete an independent ID verification process prior to arrival. It’s nice and easy, taking less than 5 minutes to complete. Please note this MUST be completed by the named booker. If completed by someone else, we will request for the verification to be resubmitted. Failure to complete this process correctly may result in the cancellation of the booking.
Please note: We verify your details before your booking can begin and this must be completed 48 hours prior to your stay. You’ll receive a secure link to our deposit, damage waiver and ID verification platform to complete this step. You’ll be given the choice between paying a fully refundable £300 deposit (with a small, non-refundable £5.00 fee to cover payment processing fees) or purchasing a non-refundable £30 damage waiver, which protects you against accidental damage up to £300 during your stay. Check-in information will only be sent once this is completed.** • Pets allowed. • No parties or events allowed. • No smoking allowed. • No unregistered guests allowed. • Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms. • Please respect the noise curfew of 10pm. • Please respect check-in and check-out times. • Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee of £75. • Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit. • Please don’t rearrange the furniture. • Please do your dishes. • Please take the rubbish out before you leave.
