Cape View Villa by Atlantic Holiday

Nestled in the tranquil countryside of Ponta do Pargo, Madeira Island, Cape View Villa by Atlantic Holiday offers a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature and stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean. Ideal for couples, families, or a group of friends, this remote getaway comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests across three cozy bedrooms—two with single beds and one with a queen-size bed.



The villa features three bathrooms, including one en-suite with a shower, one full bathroom with a shower, and one separate toilet. A fully equipped kitchen is available, complete with a fridge, freezer, oven, hob, microwave, cutlery, plates, and all essential cooking tools. A dishwasher, washing machine, and drying machine are also provided for your convenience.



Enjoy the spacious living area with a Smart TV, or take advantage of the gym equipment and private sauna for added comfort during your stay. A baby cot and high chair are available upon request. The private garage fits two vehicles, but please note the inclined road leading to the entrance may not suit all drivers. Car rental is recommended, as there are no nearby bus routes.



The City Hall charges a local Tourist Tax per guest per night. The charge amounts:



- 2EUR per night;

- This rate applies up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights and does not apply to guests that are under 13 years old.

- This charge must be paid directly to us so we can deliver it to the City Hall.



We’ll provide all the necessary details, including the Tourist Tax payment, a few days before check-in.



The outdoor pool can be heated upon request for a minimum of 5 nights and must be arranged at least 5 days before arrival. The cost is €45 per night. A scenic viewpoint is just a short walk away. Bed linen and bath towels are included, and smoking inside the house is not allowed. Check-in is available from 16:00 to 05:00.
