If you want to disconnect from the world and have a quiet holiday, undoubtedly found the perfect house, where there is no stress, no noise and especially where you can see the sea every day from the bedroom window. You can enjoy a relaxing setting, enjoy the sun, the sound of the sea and smell you, see the flight of birds, and watch the magical sunset and moonlight playing in the ocean.
This fantastic dream villa is located in Calheta, 3 minutes from the yellow sand beach, close to all local services and about 25 minutes from Funchal.
The modern and contemporary style villa has parking, a beautiful swimming pool, garden, barbecue, laundry, air conditioning and alarm. Furnished with taste and elegance has 2 bedrooms each with private bathroom, 1 guest bathroom next to the modern fully equipped kitchen in open space with the living room. Next to the pool is an original living room and cozy and a shared bathroom with shower only. The living room and the bedrooms feature exterior balconies, integrated into the architecture of the house and are protected with glass and stainless steel guards.
The villa has an excellent sun exposure then has a solar panel and has energy certification class A. All finishes and materials of excellent quality, give the retouching of comfort and pleasant well-being to any room.

The host was great with communication. The VRBO was absolutely beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked and we had a nice welcome basket with treats and wine!Our suggestions would be to heat the pool to a warmer temperature, replace the light in the pool, and definitely replace the mattresses and pillows with something less firm. The views were outstanding and the unit was very clean. Absolutlety awesome vacation.

We spent 4 days at Casa Felix. It's an absolutely wonderful place to stay. We really never have booked an apartment like this before. The view of the ocean is just beautiful and the balconies, the terraces and the infinity pool are just a dream. We'd really like to come back soon!

Heaven!!

This is the second time I have stayed at this property and I loved every minute! You get the sun for most of the day and the outdoor space is just beautiful. Everything is spotlessly clean, the hosts are wonderful and helpful and I can't wait to visit again!You definitely need a car to visit this location and the drive is better for experienced drivers. The beds are slightly too firm for my preference but each to their own. This place is magic, I hope to be able to visit for years to come!

We had the most amazing week in Casa Felix. The villa is just breath taking, on 3 levels and that pool is to die for! The pool gets the sun very late morning right up until the most striking sunsets. Everything was spotless and fully equipped had everything we needed for our stay. The host Celia is lovely, and offered to meet us as the villa is hidden on the hillside. It’s completely private and not overlooked. You will definitely need a car as the local shop is basically way down the bottom but we thoroughly enjoyed the driving in Madeira and was my partners first time driving on the “wrong” side haha was so much fun. We will 1000% be back :)

Spectacular!

The most beautiful view we have ever had in a VRBO property! It would be hard to find another place in Madeira that could top this Villa. Clean, modern, great beds, and a wonderful pool, + the sunset. Alfredo + Celia were great hosts! After a day of touring the island we couldn’t wait to get back and relax at this wonderful residence!

Beautiful Casa Felix

Casa Felix is a perfect holiday home in the southwest of Madeira. Located on top of a cliff it provides stunning views of the sea and the surroundings. It has 3 balconies and 2 terraces, one including an infinity pool - it’s perfect for outdoor living. The house is perfectly equipped to host up to 4 adults.

Breathtaking view

A big thank you to our hosts Célia and Alfredo. We spent five wonderful days at Casa Félix and felt very much at home. The view of the sea and the bay of Calheta was great. The house is very tastefully furnished and everything you need for self-catering is available. We will be happy to come back.

Design house with beautiful ocean view

Perfect getaway place with privacy and comfort for a week in Madeira. Well equipped kitchen, modern bathrooms and terrace for sunbathing and swimming until sunset. We have really enjoyed our stay and the beautiful nature of Madeira. Tip: for a nice restaurant experience in a comparable setting (design hotel with great ocean view) you can visit the Estalagem Da Ponta Do Sol Restaurant, which is only a 15 minute drive from the house.

What a dream

We have spent two fabulous weeks in Casa Felix and enjoyed every second. The pool is perfect and just at the right temperature. The sunsets that we enjoyed during some BBQ on the terrace are nothing but spectacular - it’s a great perfect place to explore a marvelous island. We’ll be back someday that’s for sure. Thank you Celia and Alfredo for being such wonderful hosts.

Stunning property

My partner and I and another couple stayed in early April 2023 and were so pleased with the property and friendly hosts Célia and Alfredo. The property has multiple balconies and a terrace, all with spectacular views of the sea with Calheta below. The villa is modern with great facilities and there is a good Pingo Doce supermarket and multiple restaurants down by the harbour. Our friends had never visited Madeira before and were very impressed by this accommodation and Madeira overall. Highly recommended 😊

Fabulous Place

The house is even better than the pictures - if that is possible! We thoroughly enjoyed the house and the views. Would advise that you need a car to stay here as it's about 45 minutes from Funchal and nothing is within walking distance of the house. For us, it was no issue as we had a car and were comfortable driving on the twisty, steep roads. If you are looking for a wonderful, relaxing holiday away from the crowds then this is the place for you! Recommend it highly.

Wonderful location with a perfect view over the sea!

A very nice well kept house in a perfect location. Celia and Alfredo are always available and take care immediately if there are any problems. The house has a lot of steps, but I guess that's the way it is in Madeira, as it's very steep everywhere, including the streets. The only small criticism is the furniture outside. The chairs are very uncomfortable as they are very small and there are no seat cushions. A table and chairs on the pool level would also be great. Still, 5 stars!

Simply perfect

My family and I stayed at Casa Felix for 2 glorious weeks. The villa is amazing. Very well thought out use of space, well equipped, spotlessly clean and was a perfect base for our holiday. The view from every window and terrace is breathtakingly beautiful. The pool is lovely and we spent many days and evenings sitting out looking out to sea. Location is excellent to visit many lovely sights and around 35 mins from the airport. We were very glad we chose Calheta as our base with the lovely sand beach. Be warned, you will need a car to get around and would recommend something bigger than a 1.2 to get around hilly Madeira. We had a little trouble locating the villa but Celia was amazing and came and met us. Communication with Celia and Alfredo was excellent from the moment we booked. We will 100% return to this villa in the future and would recommend it to anyone. Thank you Celia and Alfredo.
