Private, Clean & Cozy

I took a last-minute trip to Sarasota and was delighted with this find! The property owner was very accommodating, the location is convenient, the house is clean and nicely equipped with all the amenities you could need. Will definitely stay here again:-)

Very well appointed

The place was very clean, furniture/ beds comfortable. Loved fenced yard for dog, and tv’s in each bedroom as well as family room. Would stay again.

Perfect Place to stay

I can't say enough about how wonderful this place is. It is the perfect home away from home. My husband and I are retired snowbirds and we travel with our small dog. This place has everything! Perfect location, quiet neighborhood, great private back yard and a terrific pool! Grocery stores are super close. The property was extremely clean and well kept. The host is very nice and prompt with responses. We can't wait to come back next year. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Fantastic stay

Communication from the onset was very timely All check in details were supplied in good time Location was ideal for us Close to a public and Walmart if needed and about 10 - 15 minutes drive to all the tourist locations Siesta beach and Village St Armands Circle and the Marina and lots of restaurants within that timeframe too The house itself is as described Beautifully presented clean with all our requirements met Beds were extremely comfortable Kitchen well stocked with utensils Pool area well resourced with table and chairs for eating from the BBQ Four sun loungers and umbrella Nicely maintained pool We did not want for anything during our stay Would stay again and would recommend Thank you Roma

Nice Stay Turned to Vacation from H---! Cannot Recommend

Property was pretty much as pictured --Interior looked better in pictures but still was very livable. THE HEATED POOL WAS GREAT. But after a few weeks the drains started to empty a bit slower, then about a month into the rental, the toilet began to get water leaking up from the base. The shower wouldn't drain, then came the backups. The 2nd plumber that came out indicated the pipes were old and corroded and needed to be hydro-cleaned (bib $'s) but it was several visits later that this was finally done along with replacing a large section of old cast iron piping. Every room (except the 2nd bedroom) had backup water in it. It took over a week to get drainsage problems fixed (and we had to stay in, missing vacation events, to watch plumbers and other strangers coming into the house.) Just when we thought it was over, then CAME THE SEWER FLIES. This made the house just untenable for us to stay any longer. The joy was gone! During all these problems we did not see the owner or property manager on site once. Many calls/texts were not returned. So we left early with nearly two weeks left on our rental. We were unable to get a refund from the owner for any unused time or inconvenience for the flooding and missing vacation events. We felt abandoned by the people who should have helped. Did I mention the pool was great? Other than that ------

Great location

Spent two weeks with our dog exploring the gulf coast from this location. 15 minutes to downtown Sarasota and 16 minutes to Siesta Key. Publix within walking distance. Heated pool was great this time of year. Appreciated having two sitting areas to read/watch tv. Kitchen was fairly well equipped. Bed was firm and bedding was comfy. Washer and dryer in the garage was very helpful.

Amazing property but buyer beware

My family and I stayed here for 5 days and the property was absolutely perfect. Heated pool was amazing and everything we needed was there. House was super clean and we had no issues whatsoever until we got home. The property owner requires you to leave a deposit or get insurance for any damages that might occur which is totally understandable. I purchased the insurance and thought everything was good until I received an email that a claim was filed for a broken umbrella. We never used an umbrella of any kind during our stay, seeing as we came from a cold weather state we wanted to soak up as much sun as possible. I immediately contacted the insurance company and reported the false claim and expressed how the property owner never contacted me once about anything being damaged. This really leaves a bad impression on this beautiful home. I definitely will not be back to this property which is a shame due to our overall wonderful experience.

Super clean house with all stuff what we needed for vacation.

We are very grateful to you for such a clean and comfortable house. We have been going to Sarasota for the third year and it was the cleanest and most comfortable house where we felt happy. Special thanks to owner for taking care of personal hygiene items such as shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and loofah. The house had everything we needed from utensils, which made our stay comfortable. Heated and clean pool was a super fun for us. Mattresses were comfortable, furniture is new. House remodeled with very nice style.

Just Perfect

This was our first time using a VRBO property and it was just perfect. The property management is very attentive and responsive. Check in was easy. The home is very clean with all of the needed amenities. The screened in pool is fabulous. Highly recommend this property.

Absolutely would stay here again!

Had a great 2 wk. stay in this lovely house located in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. The pictures are exactly correct and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Really enjoyed the pool and the landscaping is well taken care of. The location was convenient to everything. We has one problem but it was fixed immediately. We will definitely stay here again. South Gate ridge

We had a bug problem but the manager sent an exterminator over the next day and took care of the problem. The pool was warm and a would rank the house a 4 out of 5.
