Summit 1004 - 2 Full Baths. Incl. Beach Chairs & Umbrella. April Rates Reduced

The Summit is the place to be in Panama City Beach. Close to dining, shopping, and entertainment, but far away from the traffic and hustle and bustle of the Pier Park area (but still only a 5-10 minute drive away). My condo is on the 10th floor, with the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets on the beach. It is also only 5 minutes from St Andrews Park, Treasure Island Marina and world famous Capt Andersons Restaurant. You’ll love my place because of the views, the location, & the ambiance.

The space

Parking, parking, parking. If you stay on Front Beach Road you more than likely will have to park across the street or fight for the few parking spaces most of the condos there have. The Summit has plenty of parking. Signal Hill Golf Course is 5 minutes away. Hammerhead Fred's is a great place for drinks and oysters, and it's right across the street.

Guest access

Guests have access to all amenities - Bikini Bobs, the Tiki Bar, indoor and outdoor Jacuzzis, 2 outdoor pools (one heated), kiddie pools, grilling areas with picnic tables, shuffleboard, workout rooms, game room, and gift shop. Gated entrance also gives great security for your vehicles.

Other things to note

This is one of the very, very few 1 bedroom condos at the Summit with 2 full baths (most only have 1 shower). If you have 4 - 5 people staying, a second shower is much more convenient than having 5 people trying to get ready with only 1 shower!

New for the 2026 Summer - your rental will include 2 beach chairs and an umbrella. Remember to check in early with the attendant at the beach to get the best location.

Please do not expect to be able to check in early during the Summer months. During the busy season room turnover is high the odds are your room will not be available until between 4:00 and 5:00 pm.

One final note - There is an additional cost at check in that you will be responsible for. This is a resort registration fee of $27 and it covers your arm bands and parking pass. If you need additional parking passes, they are $27 each with a limit of 2 per stay. This is a resort fee. I do not receive any of this money. Thanks for your understanding.
