The balcony for this unit is open but features a temporary railing. You may also experience construction noise in other areas of the property during this time, and access to the heated pool may occasionally vary due to ongoing work. Please note that no refunds, discounts, or relocations will be provided due to construction-related noise or temporary amenity limitations.

The outdoor hot tubs remain open daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM. The heated pool hours may vary by day and may be closed at times, but it is generally open from dusk until 11:00 PM.

Sink into the deep, cushioned couch and put your feet up, or relax in the comfortable loveseat, so everyone can enjoy a movie together on the LCD HDTV. A perfect way to finish a perfect day!



The open kitchen spills into a breakfast bar and adjacent dining table. You`ll love the fully appointed, convenient kitchen, stocked with all major and minor appliances you may need during your vacation stay, and a complete set of cookware, utensils, and dishes. Whether planning to prepare multi-course home-cooked meals during your vacation or relying on the many restaurants that offer takeout, you`ll appreciate the handy microwave, dishwasher, blender, coffee maker, and icemaker. Stock up on groceries once at the store, fill the fridge and cupboards, and you`re ready!



After a fun day at the beach or an evening out in town, you`ll enjoy lying your head on the primary bedroom`s comfortable king-size mattress. The primary bedroom also includes beautiful upscale furnishings and a 32" LCD TV, which has been mounted to free up space. If you have more than a couple of guests with you, you`ll also enjoy the bunk beds, which are conveniently located near the half-bath. The primary bath includes a tub/shower combo with a pocket door for complete privacy and its own vanity. Both bathrooms have been completely upgraded with new vanities and beautiful solid-surface tops.



Panama City Beach is a great destination for a couple`s weekend or a family vacation. The Summit offers the perfect balance of a relaxing atmosphere and modern amenities. When checking in, please register at the front desk to receive your parking pass and wristbands. The registration fee is $27.00 per vehicle (subject to change without prior notice).
