Great Place to stay.

Nice and quiet neighborhood. Close to several beaches and lots of stuff to do. Whole family loved the pool and hot tube. House is well furnished and come with everything you need to go to beach or lounging around the pool. Host are wonderful people and are there if you need help. Would highly recommend and hope to come back sometime in the future.

Water Fun

We had a wonderful stay! The home was clean and spacious. We spent a lot of our time in the lanai, swimming in the pool, watching the wildlife and the sunsets.The location was close to golfing,shopping, grocery stores and many great restaurants.

We had a great time until the last night. My son ended up in the er with a deep laceration due to broken pool tiles. Other than the backyard alligators was a good time!

Fabulous Getaway

The checkin process and check out were clear and easy. The listing is on point. The owners were very responsive. We lived outside while eating meals at the table, swimming, sitting the the hot tub, reading a book on the outdoor couch, watching a TV show or listening to music. We did all this while watching nature around the canal. Great beaches nearby and access to stores but not too close - quiet neighborhood and surrounding area. We left feeling sun and salt water energized.

Best house ever in Rotonda. Stayed 2 weeks. Enjoyed every minute of it. Tv outside in the lanai was very appreciated. Watch the morning news from the pool. Everything in the house is first class. Daughters wedding

Rented this property for our daughterā€™s wedding on boca grand. Owners were very friendly and accommodating and even helped us by going to the property when our tuxedos were delivered early before we arrived. The house is BEAUTIFUL and had everything we needed for a fun wedding week. Bikes, fishing poles, beach chairs and umbrellas, coolers and all the kitchen appliances and utensils you need. Beds were so comfortable showers were amazing and outdoor area was perfect for grilling, swimming, fishing and watching tv under the covered area while hanging out with our family. Thank you so much for a wonderful time! Would highly recommend and will book again!

Amazing!

This property is clean, beautiful, peaceful, and overall perfect. We loved having the pool and hot tub right near the canal to watch wildlife - we lived on the patio! We cooked meals in the kitchen and ate outside. The beaches in the area are perfect. The owners were extremely responsive and very helpful! We are already looking for an opportunity to return.
