Beautiful Beach Loft

Everything was so beautiful! The view was gorgeous! We enjoyed the location, bikes, exercise equipment, AC, clean comfortable furnishings and decor and the delicious gift basket! Can’t wait to come back!

Family time in San Diego

We loved this property! The location is superb. The amenities are outstanding. And, the place could not have been more well equipped. We enjoyed the beautiful sunsets! We will definitely be back!

Amazing stay!

We loved this property. It was very clean and well stocked. The location was perfect, we walked down to Grandview beach every day. Lovely neighborhood. The beach chairs, surf boards, boogie boards, etc. were great for our older kids. The hosts were very responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

Gorgeous home with beautiful view!

Love this home! So well designed and every detail just perfect. Walked to our fave beach and local restaurants. Incredibly helpful and hospitable host!! Absolutely recommend!!

Heaven on Earth especially during a Pandemic

Wonderful place to hide away for a week. But hey all of you folks out there lets keep this special place a secret just between us! That's all I will say.

Perfection!

This property is absolutely perfect...very clean, beautifully decorated, well stocked, great quality linens, and comfortable! We stayed 3 nights and because the apartment was so comfortable and had beautiful views, we ended up staying in and cooking. We had beautiful sunsets and even saw the green flash twice! I highly recommend this property.

Beautiful place

The SkyLoft is beautiful and the sunset views are amazing. Checking in and out was seamless and we received VIP service from Property Manager - Jillian. While we were there, she checked in on us, quickly answered random questions, and even priority returned a jacket we left in the closet . The weather was touch and go and we were so pleased to be in such a beautiful place when it was cold and grey.

IMPECCABLE!!!

Would give 100 stars if I could! I have stayed at several VRBO type properties, and this was by far the best experience I have ever had! The owners were extremely helpful, the property was pristine as far as accommodations and cleanliness, and everything was stocked and ready for all our needs! We will be back again to enjoy this wonderful property! Absolutely perfect in every way!!! Thank you, Steve and Laura, for such a flawless experience!

Outstanding home in a perfect beachfront locatiom

We felt right at home for our entire stay. Watched spectacular sunsets from the balacony nightly. The home is a stones throw away from a beautiful public beach. Impeccably decorated and furnished. King size beds were extremely comfortable and the home comes with top of the line appliances including an oversized washer and dryer. Ample supplies of bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas, surf boards and boogie boards are readily accessible. The home is beautifully decorated and has a very homey feel. I can’t recommend this property strongly enough.

Amazing!!!

Wow! This may be the best rental we’ve stayed in and Steve and Laura the most hospitable owners. The condos were brand new and immaculate, the sunset views were stunning and the location just steps from surf. It’s so beautifully designed and so comfortable that you don’t even need to leave the living room to relax and enjoy your vacation. We loved using the gym in the morning and riding the beach cruisers to the nearby coffee shops and restaurants. The on-site manager Jillian was professional and warm and welcoming all at the same time, and was extremely helpful from the moment we booked. We can’t wait to return!

Beautiful Beach Apartment

This is the second time we stayed at this property. We love the area, the closeness to the beach, the quiet street, the beautiful sunsets, and being able to walk everywhere including to nearby restaurants. The property is immaculately clean and completely updated. There were bikes, beach chairs, etc. to use if we needed. Jillian is very easy to work with and if we did have any concerns, she addressed them quickly. She included a beautiful gift basket with some nice wine and snacks for our arrival! We hope to come back again!!

This house was amazing with amazing view of the Pacific Ocean and beach access 500 feet a way

This was a perfect house for our family of four. My wife and I and our two girls 14 and 9. The house was set up perfectly and ready to be used right when we walked in the door. We bought food at the store and cooked dinner most night while over looking the Pacific Ocean. The girls used the boogie boards each day and my oldest and I rode bikes some mornings. The beach access is right down the street and easy to get to. The beach itself was perfect. It kept our family entertained each day for hours. The town is such a great little place to visit. I would recommend this rental for any and all families. It was a great experience to stay in this house.

SPECIAL PLACE

SPECIAL is the word that comes to mind when I think of a way to describe our experience while staying at 1631 Neptune! The House is beautiful and has everything you will ever need! The View is incredible! The location is perfect! The manager Jillian and the two owners Steve and Laura are incredible people. From the beach cruiser bikes we road to local restaurants, surf shops and beaches along the “island like” rarely traveled road too the bbq dinners we shared on the deck, the local feel was always the vibe. The house interior is beautiful with cozy couches , incredible kitchen and dining area with head tall windows and sliding doors that surround the front room so you are always surrounded by the incredible view. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spotless and quiet. We look forward to return again and again . Our family of 4 with two teenagers will be forever grateful for this Very SPECIAL place ! Thank You ! Even better than described

It's kind of hard to write a review when everything about this property was as described or better. The location is great - close to the beach, quiet, easy trips to restaurants, yet close to I-5. The property is as described - everything was as expected or better. The check-in/check-out process was seamless. Communications with Steve and Laura were easy. They know what they're doing managing this property and it shows. I'll definitely return. If I could give 6 stars I would.

Fabulous Skyloft

Skyloft is an AMAZING property with a perfect location and beautiful views! Restaurants, a market, and Grandview Beach within walking distance. The accommodations were perfect with so many SPECIAL amenities (the welcome basket with wine, chocolate & popcorn; the garage filled with beach toys and supplies, and bicycles; the fun music and record player, etc.). I just can't say enough about this property. It was very clean and the owners thought of everything you could possibly need. They were also GREAT to communicate with and answered all our questions in a very timely manner. Thank you, Laura and Steve, for sharing your wonderful property with us and helping us make unforgettable family memories! We can't wait to come back!!

Relaxing modern apt with ocean views

The apt was as described/pictured. Location was great, calm and quiet neighborhood 1.5 blocks away from the beach entrance. Steve was attentive and responsive.

Amazing Stay!

My family of 5 had the most amazing experience staying at this ocean view property! The hosts were extremely thoughtful in all of the details covered and accommodations provided! From the modern minimalist decor, to the thoughtful and thorough accommodations, this was a stay for the books! Thank you Steve and Laura for helping us make more memories as a family. We grew up as family friends in the Pacific Northwest, and both relocated to sunny Southern California on our own in the '80s - Laura to Newport Beach, and Steve to the Carlsbad area. In 1994, on a snowboarding trip to Oregon with mutual friends, we renewed our friendship and were married on the La Jolla shores the following year. We have lived and worked in the Encinitas area ever since – we absolutely love the weather, the beaches, the community vibe, and the location just doesn’t get much better. We love to cook, travel, meet people, and create & share new places with others.
