This 18th century terraced cottage has been sympathetically refurbished, retaining many original features. Snuggle up next to the cosy log-burner or relax in the peaceful garden with fantastic views across the ancient orchard fields. Snitterfield is a quintessential English village, ideal for exploring Warwickshire's castles, country homes & villages. Stratford-Upon-Avon is 3 miles away. The local store and village pub are within a short stroll.

The space
The lounge has a log burner, flat screen smart TV with Freeview and streaming services, a rocking chair and a monk’s bench. The high-quality sofa bed, with added memory foam mattress topper allows up to 4 adults to stay comfortably. A storage cupboard in the lounge has been converted for clothes storage with extra hangers provided.

The kitchen-diner is well equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, washer-dryer, fridge freezer plus a handy picnic rucksack to help you explore. Complimentary tea, coffee, sugar and milk is included.

A spacious main bedroom includes a double bed with a high quality Tempur mattress and plenty of storage space with clothes hangers.

The office workspace includes a large desk and a swivel chair, a widescreen monitor with HDMI cable, a keyboard and a mouse.

The bathroom has a large walk-in shower, sink and comfort-height toilet.

All bed linen, towels and basic toiletries are provided.

The cottage garden has a ‘pub-style’ bench and several folding chairs There is a beautiful outlook over the ancient orchard fields.

Guest access
You will be renting the entire cottage with private access and rear garden. The allocated parking space is a gravel driveway at the end of the row of cottages.

Check-in details are sent before your arrival and you will receive photo of the parking space and your unique access code for lockbox.

Other things to note
You are advised to reverse into the allocated parking space, or the on-road parking spaces opposite, to ensure a safe exit.
