One of the best Breakers East Units!! Very much preferred!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been staying at Breakers East off and on since 1980 and this is probably our favorite unit. Highly recommend! Very clean. Very well stocked and updated. Great view! And I would not go through any other rental management than Your Assistant at the Beach! I love them and use them regularly every year now.

It was very clean and smelled good. Made for a very relaxing vacation. The location also was nice as chic Fil a and Starbucks are right across the street!!

Beautiful Condo!

This property is exactly as stated on line - it's beautifully decorated with everything you need for your stay. The bonus was a stand-alone ice machine, that was a nice surprise.

The water pressure in the showers was lacking but overall a fantastic place to stay. Will definitely go back again.

The Breakers 403

We had a very good stay. This place is clean and the views were beautiful! My only complaint would be that there was a bit of noise from the upstairs neighbors and some issues with the elevators. Also it would be nice if they would keep a few things like salt and pepper and coffee filters. But we would stay here again!

Carolyn, Property Manager, is the best and always addresses questions and needs fast and efficiently. Condos are well designed with huge balcony for hours of enjoyable views of beautiful surf and gorgeous white sands.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We walked in, and I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the rooms, as well as the bathroom. It was clean, and had everything that we needed except laundry detergent, and I brought my own. The location was perfect, and close to restaurants, and grocery stores as well. Our only negative comment is that you have to let the hot water run for a few minutes before it ever gets warm, and there’s low water pressure, but that wasn’t a big deal for us. We would definitely stay there again!

It is so relaxing and the perfect time to come to the beach. This year was no different. My only complaint is that condo neighbors near us smoked weed a lot which made it hard to want to sit out on the balcony. It got so bad a couple of times that we had to shut the balcony door to avoid the condo smelling like weed

Noisy Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unfortunately our experience to get some peace and quiet time was not what we got here. We ended up leaving 3 days early due to all the construction noise in the building and the building next door. There were hammer drills and hammering from 9am till 5pm each day making it impossible to relax. Even on the beach the sounds could be heard. I wish we would have been told there was construction going on, we would have chosen to stay elsewhere. Also the apartment was not equipped with black out curtains so the light from the outside corridor filled the bedroom making it very difficult to get any rest.If those things matter to you I would suggest finding out before completing your reservation. The beach is great and the view from the condo is great. Just wished we would have asked more questions about possible noise and light issues before booking.
