The owners of the condo were very attentive and made accessing the property and the condo a breeze. Once inside the condo. It doesnā€™t take long to see where your money has gone to. The view is terrific! The rooms super clean and everything a family might need to make their stay comfortable is already provided.HINT: Be sure to take advantage of the beech chairs (also provided by owners). Also for the best night sleep ever, Open the sliding glass doors at night for the relaxing sounds of waves hitting the beech.

Gorgeous views on the Emerald Coast!

We really enjoyed our stay. Very nice location with easy access to the beach. The beach service is amazing and so convenient. The view is gorgeous. We liked that the parking lot was gated so we could leave our cooler right in the back of the truck. Overall, very nice stay at this location.

The condo was well stocked with everything we needed for the week. It was clean when we arrived! The owners were available whenever we needed them, and they checked in on us periodically to make sure we were ok. We loved the beach chairs that were included with our stay!

The property was very nice and clean. The owners communicated very well and answered any questions we had in a timely manner. We were right on the beach with super easy access. Close to everything we wanted to do. We plan on staying here again when we come back.

Fantastic first stay in Destin!

We chose well! This spacious and clean condo has everything you need for a family beach vacation. Well appointed kitchen, washer/dryer, large balcony overlooking the ocean, very comfortable beds, cold A/C and close proximity to restaurants and shopping etc. We really enjoyed our stay and were sad to leave!

I cannot say enough about Tony the owner, he responded to every question I had within minutes prior to my stay even during my stay! So friendly gave us ideas of what to do during our vacation in Destin also included two chairs and umbrella, which is not part of every condo which was a great surprise! Phenomenal views and what a great location, cannot say enough we look forward to coming back thank you Tony!!

Melissa and I have been married for 32 wonderful years and we have 3 awesome daughters- Rachel (28 years old), Abby (27 years old) and Sara (23 years old).
Rachel is a nurse at Vanderbilt Hospital in Nashville, TN and is working on her Nurse Practitionerā€™s License at Vanderbilt; Abby has her Masterā€™s Degree from Clemson University and currently works in Clemsonā€™s Student Ethics and Conduct, Student Affairs; and Sara is graduating from Indiana State University in Elementary and Special Education.

As a family we have been coming to Destin, Florida for over 20 years and we absolutely love it. The white sand beaches and crystal clear water are amazing. We really enjoy hanging out on the beach and walking to the Back Porch for an occasional beach drink and after spending time on the beach. The Back Porch is one of our favorite restaurants for lunch or dinner. We also love to spend the day at Crab Island, Harbor Walk, Harbor Town, and Destin Commons to name a few. Other restaurants we enjoy going to include- LuLuā€™s, Boshamps, Fintail, Crab Trap, and AJs.
