1000sq ft 1 bedroom apartment in the Fontainebleau Hotel's Tresor Tower. Full kitchen, Living room, balcony and 2 full bathrooms. Access to Hotel facilities, and 2 spa passes (grants access to the Fontainebleau Lapis Spa) are included in the rate.
Bed setup: This one bedroom unit sleeps 4 guests comfortably between a king size bed in the bedroom and one full size sofa sleeper in the living room that pulls out of the sofa, and up to 2 extra rollaway beds can be rented from the hotel for an additional fee night each of $60 plus tax to accommodate a 5th person or for added comfort.
Other things to note Please note that we do not charge a cleaning fee or transient rental fee at the time of booking. However, these costs are displayed on VRBO to inform guest of the total cost of the reservation.

The cleaning fee and transient rental fee will be charged and paid directly to the hotel at departure. Upon check-in, guest must confirm with the front desk their cleaning preference.
DEFAULT SELECTION FOR YOUR STAY IS CHECK OUT CLEANING: $233.70 (no service provided during stay).
Every other day cleaning is also available at the cost of $95/cleaning + tax, plus additional check out cleaning fee of $233.70
Additional linens, towels, etc. can be ordered by calling housekeeping during your stay.
Unfortunately, cleaning fees and transient fee can't be waived. Prices are subject to change.
Guest Access The rate is inclusive of resort fees ($35/day value- access to Fontainebleau hotel facilities: gym, beach, pools, restaurants, etc.), and 2 spa passes to LAPIS Spa ($100 Value) for each unit. Wristbands that give access to the pool are given complimentary MAX at 4 wristbands for a junior suite and 5 wristbands for a 1 bedroom suite (additional wristbands are $35 per wristband regardless of the number of people staying in the suite - the hotel limits wristbands per unit). The only hotel charges not included in the rate are the hotel's mandatory cleaning service charge which is paid directly to the hotel upon checkout, rollaway bed costs and wristband charges above those allotted to the suite and valet parking.
We would like to inform all of our Tresor Tower guests that sometimes elevator delays maybe expected either due to high occupancy or maintenance.
Fontainebleau is known as a vibrant resort, where the well known BleauLive entertainment series takes place delivering shows and poolside events (additional cost) in addition to different conventions taking place hosted by the hotel. While Fontainebleau is the primary place to “see and be seen” in Miami, please take these events, the corresponding sound factor and its possible impact on your stay (i.e. volume of guests, reduced availability for restaurant reservations), into consideration when choosing your dates. It is solely the guest's responsibility to check the Hotel events calendar or reach out to the Hotel directly for details prior to booking. The host has no involvement in coordinating and organizing these events and is not to be held responsible for reduced access to amenities in relation to these events.
HOTEL POLICY: A credit card is required at check in for estimated incidental charges of $250 per day per unit. This is an authorization only, released at time of check out. Amazing property
This is the second time this year I have stayed in this particular condo; the view is out of this world. Great location for my daughter and I as you can walk for miles on the broad walk. All the amenities of home, if you choose to use them.Would highly recommend this property.

Great Stay!
The property had an amazing view and everything we needed for a comfortable four night stay for a family of 4 (2 adults in King bed, 1 adult on pull-out couch and 1 adult on a roll-away bed). Beautiful beach and pools with plenty of deck chairs and towels free of charge. Great location with direct access to bike/walking path. CVS and Walgreens within 5 minute walk and very easy to use the car valet service to venture further. We also appreciated the very well equipped gym.

The best!
Everything was amazing from booking to even after checking out. This was for my Parents anniversary and the Fort Lauderdale International Boat show. Mirabella just opened the first night and the service was incredible. I have never experienced anyone so eager to create a great experience! We stay at The Fontainebleau a few times a year for over 10 years this is the first through VRBO. This by far has been the best experience yet. I'll be booking through VRBO again!

Elevators caused poor experience!!!
This was third time here in same building, never have had issues before. Room great, location awesome , food options good. Prices way up with 20% charge added so be mindful. Main issue was elevators average wait 20 mins. Someday 1 hour up and and hour down wait times. So if booking make sure to verify all 4 elevators and service elevators work f. Those shut down also making some a bad trip.

Fountainblue comes with a ticket price
Apartment is nice - nice views and good decor
Very very limited cookware - inly 3 pans / not pots or anything to use the over - so dont plan to cook too much
Then there is the Fountainblue ticket - everything is overpriced - 24 USD for a Piña colada - 14 for a Virgin one (plus 20% mandatory service tax)
Every meal for 4 people (2 adults and 2 kids) of junk food is 200+
You want an unbrella on the beach 40+
The kids pool - slide was out of order for the whole week
Overall I think the Hotel is really overcharging and trying to upsell you all the way
I wont come back with family for the points mentioned above but the apartment is nice

Flooding toilet
The room was fairly dirty to begin with. Saw multiple different strands of hair either on the couches, the corner seat of the bedroom, or on the bathroom towels / tiles. The worst experience was the living room bathroom. Upon first use of it the toilet was unable to regulate its flush refill and was incessantly filling itself until it stopped on its own after I came back to my room hours later. The second time I used the toilet - the thing completely flooded the bathroom. I was then subsequently charged for this "carpet repair damage." Just absurd. I will not be paying any sort of damage to a room that came with a faulty toilet.

Disappointing
We have stayed at the resort many times and this was the most disappointing room of all our stays. The unit can be most accurately compared to getting a knock-off purse. While you are at the Fountainebleau, the room is not in line with the resort standards one would expect.
The room looked like it had been last used as a frat house. It reeked of weed and cigarette smoke, half of the lights were missing or did not turn on, the floor was sticky so your shoes stuck the moment you walked in and the unit itself was not as shown in pictures (different furniture and wall paint/decor). The mirror was broken, the showers were small with rusted features and the unit just felt dirty and “very used”.
The check in process was disorganized- we did not receive any communication about the check in process (where to go and what to expect). Fortunately, having some previous experience helped fill in some gaps. They checked us in under the wrong reservation and then charged by credit card several thousand dollars. When I questioned it, he refunded the charge but then had to rerun the card again for the proper amount, only to have my bank flag it for fraud and deny the use.
Overall I would not book this unit again. If you are going to pay the high end prices of the hotel, the unit should match. While the host attempted to do what they could to have the cleaning crew come back through, there was only so much to be done. The unit needs to be redone or properly listed.

We always appreciate an honest feedback and would like to answer to the mentioned issues promptly. We would like to clarify the unit's upkeep in terms of cleaning service provided is by the Fontainebleau hotel's very own managed and trained professional housekeeping team. Condominium hosts are not permitted to have their own cleaning staff, therefore the service is provided by the hotel hired staff trained to follow Fontainebleau's standards. Upon raising your concern to us, the housekeeping department was notified and they returned promptly to attend to the floors and replace any burnt out lights.
The dates of your stay overlapped spring break and while we are very strict and advertise our units and so does every owner in the condominium, with no smoking policy, unfortunately not all guests abide by the rules. In any case on site security assists with such complaints as it happened in this case. The unit has been recently refreshed with new furniture, fresh paint and stainless steel appliances. We are still working on updating the pictures and we have sent check in instructions on the day of booking as well as notified you of the updated, refreshed look the same day. We are sorry you missed the step by step check in instructions provided on the day of booking, and therefore found the process disorganized.
Our aim is to leave our guests with enjoyable and memorable experience and we are disheartened you feel we have fallen short of that.

Great Stay
We had a short stay but the property was great. Plenty of Uber/Lyfts easy access to. Not too far from Ocean Dr and downtown. The beach was great! Good access to some great pools. The Rollaway bed option was great so the three of us had our own beds. Enjoyed that view of the Miami skyline from our balcony everyday.
