That kind of experience is not what we aim to provide, and I truly appreciate you pointing this out. While the hotel staff and management are separate from my rental properties, I'll certainly take this up with them to address the treatment you and other guests might be receiving. I can also work on resolving the temperature issues in the condo, as I understand how important that is for comfort. It’s unfortunate that the overall Miami experience didn’t meet your expectations, but I’d love to make things right if you ever reconsider visiting. Unfortunately, the air issue in that section of the building was part of a larger ventilation problem that affected several units, and our team did all they could to improve the airflow during your stay. Hi, I am not sure what you are referring to. I went back to the messages and I only found 1 request about the remote for the second TV. There are multiple ways of getting in touch with us via email, text, we also have an app for clients communication. We are a team of 3 checking communications on these. Thanks.
