Property is conveniently located to all the main attractions of the Gulf Coast area. Only 20 minutes from Alabama's newest amusement park (OWA), and Tanger Shopping Mall. House is near the H. L. Sonny Callahan public use airport; just 5 minutes to salt and freshwater fishing, 8 minutes to Quail Creek golf course, 30 minutes to the sugar-white Gulf Shores beaches, 30 minutes to Mobile, Alabama and less than an hour to Pensacola, Florida. The property is boat friendly, and free public boat launches are readily available. Golfing, biking, hiking, tennis, salt and freshwater fishing, kayaking, and boating are all popular activities in Fairhope. It is a short drive to the casinos on the Gulf Coast (Mississippi/Alabama). Fairhope "town square" is a bay-front property with 1/4-mile pier extending over Mobile Bay, swimming, picnicking, landscaped rose garden, benches, restrooms, marina, restaurant, walking trails and duck pond are a part of it, and it is open 24 hours, and there are no fees. The sunsets are spectacular over the bay waters.
