Golfing, biking, hiking, tennis, salt and freshwater fishing, kayaking, and boating are all popular activities in Fairhope. Fairhope "town square" is a bay-front property with 1/4-mile pier extending over Mobile Bay, swimming, picnicking, landscaped rose garden, benches, restrooms, marina, restaurant, walking trails and duck pond are a part of it, and it is open 24 hours, and there are no fees. The sunsets are spectacular over the bay waters.
