Sea Colony East, oceanfront unit, with Spectacular Ocean Views located on the 14th floor of the legendary, Edgewater House with full indoor and outdoor conveniences including indoor pool, gym and convenience store. Sea Colony's Edgewater House is the hub of activity at Sea Colony including entertainment activities.

Just 36 steps to the elevator where you begin your short journey to the beach or the outdoor pools. Then take 180 steps to the beach or only 60 steps to the outdoor pools!!

Large, light-filled rooms are perfect for gatherings, a good book or streaming movie / TV, and board or Sony Play Station games (console & some games supplied). There are fabulous ocean views from the living and dining rooms, kitchen, and master bedroom.

Watch the sun rise and the playful dolphins swimming. See ocean liners off shore, beach goers playing in the sand, children and adults in the pools as well as walkers on the promenade.

Located in the Edgewater building where units have larger rooms and are more spacious than the other buildings. The balconies are also much larger than those in other buildings at Sea Colony East.

Many of Sea Colony's oceanside amenities are centrally located in the Edgewater House building - indoor pool with jacuzzi and sauna, exercise room, convenience store, deli, video rental, ice cream shop, kiddie camp (some seasonal).

The outdoor pools and the Secure, private ocean beach are just steps away.

The sun filled living room has a flat panel HD TV(high definition) with Bose 5.1 surround sound. The fully equipped chef's kitchen is matched by the large light-filled rooms, decorated with Platinum level appointments. The master bedroom has pillow-top king-size bed from Broyhill and has a 43 inch 4K HD smart TV, DVD/VCR and private bath.

The second bedroom has a day bed and a twin bed with Sony flat panel TV. Additional guests may sleep on the 2 complementary roll-away beds.

Provided to enhance your stay and for the occasional rainy day; HD flat screen TV with 5.1 surround sound system in living room, TV’s with DVD/VCR player in both bedrooms. A Sony PlayStation with small game library in living room. A PC is provided with free high speed internet. Free WiFi is provided.
