The Maravilla Resort community has undergone an eight-month, property-wide exterior restoration project, which was completed in May 2025. We are grateful for all of the guests who persevered and stayed with us during that time.

Moving forward, we are excited to offer our guests a fresh look and some additional amenities in an upgraded environment. We have elevated your guest experience by offering the following:

* NEW beach ramp that can accommodate motorized chairs for our guests who need a little extra help getting around. Also, PARENTS, no more carrying your beach cart up and down the stairs!!!!

* Guests may now enjoy a golf cart rental while staying at Maravilla Resort.

Complimentary Beach Service for four (4) is included for stays between March and October, offering a $600 value per week for our guests. This includes two (2) beach umbrellas and four (4) chairs set up for our guests daily.
