The Space:

Huis aan de Duinen 5 is a luxury villa for eight people, stylishly furnished in beachy chic style. On the ground floor is a spacious double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. On the first floor are three bedrooms — two with double beds (the master bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom) and one with two single beds. In the main bathroom you'll find a wonderful rain shower, spacious bath and infrared sauna. Both in the living room and outside on the terrace stands a large dining table where everyone can gather. The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and wine glasses. There's a washing machine, tumble dryer and iron. The garden is fully enclosed. Baby bed, high chair and children's crockery are available. Pets are welcome (maximum two). It's possible to rent this villa together with Huis aan de Duinen 5A.

The Neighborhood:

Zoutelande is a friendly coastal village on Walcheren with beautiful restaurants and shops. The dunes and beach are within walking distance. At the beach crossing is beach pavilion De Strandzot, which is open almost year-round for a bite and a drink after a pleasant walk. The area offers beautiful cycling opportunities along the coast.



Getting Around:

Huis aan de Duinen 5 is easy to access and offers free parking at the property. Additionally, there is an EV charger available. You have a private entrance to the accommodation, making it extra pleasant. Everything is easy to arrange during your stay.



Other Things to Note:

Walk via the dunes to Zoutelande beach. Enjoy a bite and a drink at beach pavilion De Strandzot. Take a bike ride along the coast towards Vlissingen or Westkapelle. Rent both villas (5 and 5A) for a larger group.
