The Grand Lodge on Peak 7 is an amazing mountain property located at the base of Peak 7 and the Independence Superchair lift. Property is adjacent to the gondola that can take you to town or across to Peak 8. This is a two-bedroom property in Grand Lodge at Peak 7 with full amenities and privileges.

Grand Lodge on Peak 7 is a ski in - ski out resort in Breckenridge, Colorado. It is located at the Peak 7 turn of the BreckConnect gondola and the base of Independence Superchair - the location is superb! Two ski lockers are available and then it's only a few hundred feet to the Independence Superchair. Grand lodge has an underground heated garage with two parking spaces. A free shuttle service will take you down to the town of Breckenridge, or you can ride the BreckConnect gondola down to the town to enjoy some shopping and great restaurants.. Concierge services are available to assist you with your vacation activities.

This luxury resort is ideal for couples and families, featuring indoor/outdoor pools, aquatic area with hot tubs, a game room, and reservable movie theaters. For adults there is the grotto (steam room, sauna, and hot tub), full service day spa and a fitness center with a mountain view. Other features are the Grand lobby, Lobby Bar with magnificent fireplace, and library. Down the hall find the "Sevens" restaurant with an outdoor dining area.

Our condominium is a 2-Bedroom Lock-off unit. The master unit sleeps up to four people with a king size bedroom and living room sleeper sofa. The master unit comes complete with full-size refrigerator, microwave, stove, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The kitchen has granite countertops and is fully equipped with cookware and utensils. The living room has a balcony facing the mountain or the valley, HD flat screen TV, and gas fireplace. There are flat screen TVs in each bedroom as well.
The second unit also sleeps 4 and is similar to an efficiency apartment with its own small kitchen, king size bedroom, living room with sleeper sofa, TV's and bathroom.

Best of all, our unit comes with two parking spaces in the heated underground garage. Just ride the elevator up to your floor!

Unit location is assigned on arrival and will either be a mountain or valley view. A valid credit card is required at check-in by the resort to cover any potential charges arising from damages, liabilities and incidental expenses.
