This updated 2BR/2BA condo is located slope-side at Beaver Run Resort on Peak 9, offering true ski-in/ski-out access and resort amenities all in one place.

• King bed, two queen beds, and queen sleeper sofa
• Sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably
• Full wood-burning fireplace in the living room
• Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, and dishes
• Private balcony with slope-side views
• Updated finishes and furnishings throughout
Guests enjoy access to Beaver Run’s year-round amenities, including heated indoor and outdoor pools, multiple hot tubs, sauna, steam room, fitness center, ski lockers, arcade, mini golf, and on-site dining. Starbucks, Little Man Ice Cream, restaurants, and a mini market are located right on property.
Free resort shuttle service runs throughout Breckenridge and to Peak 8 when Peak 9 lifts close mid-April.

Guests have full private access to the entire condo and all Beaver Run Resort amenities during their stay, including:

• Multiple hot tubs

Getting Around:
Beaver Run Operates a free shuttle that will get you around town, or a 10 minute walk to main street.
Other Things to Note:
Parking is paid directly to Beaver Run Resort at check-in. Parking rates are set by the resort and typically range from 15 dollars per night in the off-season to 39–42 dollars per night during ski season.
Mountain weather can be unpredictable, especially in winter. Road conditions, flight delays, and lift operations are outside of our control. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, as refunds are not provided for weather-related issues, travel disruptions, or road closures.
Peak 9 lifts typically close in mid-April. When lifts are closed, the free resort shuttle provides access to Peak 8.
Resort amenities are managed by Beaver Run and are subject to availability, seasonal hours, and temporary closures.
